ok well i have this friend and she is 5'1 and 75 pounds!! and i mean shes tan and pretty and happy and has tones of friends and doesnt care about it! but i know shes unhealthy and i dont know how to tell her! i mean im 5'1 and im 85 pounds...10 pounds hevier! how do i tell her that her weight might be dangourous! hey, itz good that u want advice 4 that, u must be a good friend......but i really think u should sit down nd talk to her nd tell her wat u think......u should help her out a bit nd tell her that she needs 2 start eating our she coold become anorexic if she already isnt.....thatz all i can really say.
