First of all if you are a guy and like a girl you have to be flirty but not seem to interested, be funny and curtious but dont say " I like you " say " we should chill sometime" or just try to hang out w/ her more often. If you are a girl dont do bitchy things to a guy, that is a turn off. Don't embarrase him. .. WTF.. oh yeah and you have a spelling mistake, "happenj" .. not cool.
