yesterday at the doctors i got a shot in my arm (kind of my shoulder) and it didnt hurt at all, but now today it hurts really bad it feels like i have a bruise where the shot was and it hurts really bad whenever i move my arm. is this normal or should i be concerned? im starting to worry. how long should this pain last? I dont think that it is "abnormal" i think that it is totally normal. It usually hurts a couple of days after. Have you ever heard the saying," It always hurts the day after."
