i want to loose 4-up pounds in about 9 days. I really just want a flatter stomach but still wanna loose some punds. What can i do? Need all the help i can get. (Usally rate HIGH)

well..the best way to stay in shape is to RUN~ alot! run on the treadmill or go run on the road..start out little..with a mile..then work your way up! be sure to time your first mile to!
try this system!
1st day-stretch, pushups, situps, 1 mile jog
