I'm not very physcially fit, I dont exercise a lot and well i started skool few days ago and i have gym..my teacher is crazy and makes us run a lap, run up stairs, run down a hill, do 20 crunches, 10 pushups, and then do it one more time! Before that we have to run acrross the football field doing things like skipping, jumping,jogging whatever. And thats all for the warmup! is there anything i can do to less the pain i feel after we have our warmup??? my legs are so sore i can barley walk! thanks i rate!
wow! crazy ass gym teachers now a days! haha! Icy Hot works MIRACLES! haha! BELIVE ME! but dont strain yourself doing these warmups..if you have to, sit out a day. ask your mom to write you a note cuz your too sore to participate that day. even tell the teacher that your sore..maybe it will make him/her realize their a hard ass and working kids till they die! (hehe!) gyms suppose to be fun..have fun with it!
