hey! I was wondering if anyone had a dance team at their middle school. 3 of my friends and I are starting one this year and are sort of like the coaches/captins cuz we have to make up the dances, do tryouts and all that. We didnt know how much we would really do with the dance team though cuz all the other teams at our school are just cheerleading (they cheer during the games and go to competition), baseball, soccer, and basketball. We knew we would try to go to competition, but if thats only a couple times during the year or whatever what else would we do?
When I was in middle school we had one, you could try like having a show somewhere like have a Christmas show or something, that way you are raising money, you're getting practice in front of audiences and you're having fun
