I am a janitor while making my way through college, so I vacuum and mop a lot every day. The movement has seemed to locked up my right hand between my thumb and first two fingers. It does not always hurt, but when it does, I can't use my hand to lift a bag, twist of a pickle jar, or open a bottle. I basically can't use it for anything. Is there anything I can do to prevent this pain, and is there anything I can do to help alleviate it.
Oh, pain relievers don't usually work for me, but if you know of some super good ones I could get then advice would be welcome.
well i hAve haD many prOblems over my 13 years haha ... but wut may bE having is yOur muscles have flamation .. you will need to see a doctor for this ... i haVe gReat anti - inflamatory medicine for my elbow .. first you should just try icing it for 20 minutes everyday and if tHis dOeznt wOrk see an Orthopedic dOctOr ...
