hey, i tried the birth control pill and it made me have really bad heart problemz from it..and well, my heart is getting better now after about a year from those damn thingz!!!!
but my question is...do any of yuz kno any good birth control methods like the patch, or anything lyk that that is healthy and that you can use if you smoke cigarettes?? (link)

Theres the patch and the injections monthly. But im sure with either you cannot smoke just like the pill so if youd like to be on birth control, quit smoking, if not. I dont know what else to tell you.
