I am really trying to cut down on the snacks for when school starts. Unfortunately, I work in an icecream shop... for about 5 hours at a time...ugh...any tips on how to stop myself from eating the icecream I crave?

OK... Just imagine how you would look when you eat that ice cream... Just 2 let you know : ICE CREAM IS NOTHING BUT FROZEN LARD WITH ARTIFICIAL FLAVORING (AND SOMETIMES WITH MILK)!!!!!!! And if you do want ice cream- you don't have 2 cut down on ALL ice cream... They've invented LOW CARB ICE CREAM!!!
