Hey

I was wondering - do you think eyeliner looks better if you put it directly under your eye or where your eyelash like is? _(link)

You could put eyeliner directly under your eyes, then put mascera on your eyelashes, and then put eye shaddow on your eyelids, that makes you look more sophisticated. I did that for prom this past year and it made a lot of difference.
