Has anyone out there ever used Herbal Essences dye kit? And if so did you like it and it was easy?

I have never used Herbal essences dye kit before but a couple of my friends have and they said they didnt like it... that the dye washes out really quickly and the color fades really fast... and.. I'm not too sure about the color.. I had a hard time going from Blonde to a brownish color... So I cant answer that one for you.. I hope I helped
