i love my bf a lot hes a very good person hes never done anything to hurt me but sumtimes i just get really paranoid and i feel like i cant trust him i think too much and im like what if this what if that even tho i have no reason to not trust him how can i stop being so paranoid? (link)

That's normal...and as you get older you will get over it. If he tells you he loves you believe him. He is going to be true to you. Don't worry, if he does love you there is nothing to worry about! If he knows you are parinoid he might get turned off...so try not to show it and just try to trust him! Hope I helped!
