i'm 13 yrs old, 5ft 7in and 140lbs. i wanna lose weight but not to much. during the skul year i don't way as much because of the sprts and conditioning I do. i don't wanna way that much when skul starts. any ideas how to lose a couple pounds in a few weeks? thanx (link)

hey drink plenty of water. and don't eat the skin on chicken or nething that has skin on it juss eat the chicken.thinks bye
