advice

ok me and my best friend have been best friends for about 2 years now. During the first year of our friendship she had a crush on this guy and ugly guy who she thinks is hot. On the last day of school that same year he asked her out and they have been going out for over a year. The next year it got worse. her boyfriend was nice to me at first but then he started to kick me and say mean things to me.Later on in the year i could start telling that my so called best friend was getting jealous of me because i had nicer clothes, more friends and had been asked out 6 times and had alot of people thinking i was hot while she was asked out once and only her boyfriend thought she was hot. She startes takeing his side over mine and would never stand up to me. When i started to hang out more and more with my neighbors she got even more jealous i started hanging out more with another friend and we are now best friends. she doesn't rly know about it yet. she keeps sending me letters and asking me over but she never calls me. i want to let her go and not be best friends w. her anymore b/c i can't be friends w. someone whos b/f hates me!!!

Just because you and her boyfriend don't get along, doesn't mean you can't be friends with her. Try just hanging out with her, and only her, not with her boyfriend. Also her boyfriend could just be jealous that she hangs out with you sometimes too and not just him all the time. But don't lose your best friend over a guy.. cuz if hes a jerk to you then hes not worth it!! If your friend is jealous about you having other friends, she probably feels like shes being replaced, And trust me, thats not a nice feeling. Talk to her about it! Hope I helped!!
