advice
ok, next year i will be in 7th grade and i am gonna do athletics. im kinda short for my age and dont have much muscle or anything. im not overweight, but im not exactly "strong and athletic". im afraid that next year i will make the bad teams and be one of the worst atheletes there. im not a ver good runner and im afraid were gonna have to do alot of that! i just dont wanna look stupid in front of all my other friends who are tall and long-legged and will be able to run a mile in 5 minutes, wen im bak there truggin along. does any1 no an easy way 2 get in shape without havin 2 like do hours and hours of strenuous excersise?? plz answer! :)

Just practice, thats the best thing you can do. And you don't have to join a sport just to be the best person on the team or anything like that, you should just to have fun. No one will think you're stupid about it either! Don't worry about it. :) hope i helped!
