i just reciently got an juvenile iguana, named Draco. hes pretty small, and verrrrry skiddish. whenever i put my hand in the cage, he spazzzzes out so badly. my mom and the pet shop ownver said he will sooner or later get over it and trust me. does anyone know how long it will take, and what i can do to help our relationahip grow?

I have a bearded dragon, and for the first couple of weeks, I couldnt get near him. Then he began to trust me when I gave him treats like vegetables, and strawberries. After a while I taught him that he would only gets the treats if he eats them from my hand. Now he sits on my leg while I watch TV!!! It might take up to a month for them to fully trust you.
