im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

Try to eat healthier foods but if you are craving for some chocolate cake or something like that, you can eat it just don't over do it, because if you don't eat it then you will crave for it more and then you will probably eat more of it then you need to. Try to drink water or juice instead of pop. Also exercise, but don't over exercise. Do a little bit more of everything every week. For your thighs, you can do a step exercise or ride your bike. For your abs, do sit-ups or cruches and do different varies of them. I have no idea what helps your arms or your neck. I have never done them. You have about a month to loose 10-15 pounds and I think that you can do it. Just don't give up! Even if you reach some tough times, don't give up because then you won't reach your goal. And I have faith in you and I know that you can do it. Good luck!!!
