No you shouldnt break up with him. If y'all really like each other then he will not want to find someone new. Yeah girls will flirt with him and try to mess with him just cause he is a guy and they know he has a girlfriend in another school. I always date guys from other schools and I never have any problem except for other girls trying to flirt with my man. Just let everyone know that he is your and no one can take him from you.
