im 15 years old and going into sophomore year at lakewood highschool.. yes... i lied about my age earlier :-p but anyways, i consider myself a good helper. i've helped many friends in the past... some through suicide and worse. please ask me a question and ill do my best to answer it to the fullest of my knowledge.

I'm 13 and I weigh 126 pounds. I would like to weigh 110, and I really need a way to know how I could lose just a few pounds. My friends know me as the big eater. I'm not fat, actually I look very thin, but my stomach is a little bigger than I'd like for it to be. Some1 please help! (link)
just to let you know... if you are 13 and you weigh 126 you are exactly where you need to be. you might even be a little underweight! however, if you are interested in perhaps slimming down your middle section just a little, i know the way to do it. this definitly worked for me... i lost 60 pounds this way. ok, so what you need to do is really simple. before you go to bed every night, do some crunches. just do like three sets of however many reps you can do until you really start to feel it. just do that everyday and you will slim down. also, you might want to try running a few times a week. you cant burn fat in just one area of your body, you have to burn fat everywhere. so just try running along with the crunches and you should be fine, i did that for 3 months and lost 60 pounds!
