After being on the computer for only a little while, every page instantly reads "Page cannot be displayed", everything is as though I was offline. I think someone sent me a virus, or something to that affect. It gets in the way of everything. I can't send people my bands songs, download much off the internet, and most importantly school work (In college, a lot of assignments are online). I can't even give or ask for advice, this is the second time I tried. My family isn't extremely poor, but we are in debt. We can't afford to buy another computer, this one is new anyway. I have downloaded ad-aware, but it can't seem to find the problem. I also downloaded something with the word "spy" in it, and that froze everything. I can't buy anything to help, my mother refuses to let my buy anything through the internet. It gets worse all the time, now it freezes every once in a while, preventing me from even getting online. I clean it often, and defrag it every onece in a while. Any solution to this problem would be much appreciated.
Run Norton Anti-Virus it will automatically delete the viruses or put them into quarantine.. If you dont have the newest version of norton then you need to download the newer version of it... You don't buy it, you already have Norton on your computer it comes with it, you just have to get it started..

Thanks, but my mother refuses to buy stuff off of the internet (She's the one who pays for the internet service). We had it, but now they're trying to get us to pay to renew it.
