This guy def. sounds like he likes you - if he doesn't he a stalker or something! It sounds like he is majorly flirting with you. If I were you I would tell him how you feel - get it out. Follow your heart. Let him know where you stand. Don't let him go. Speak with your heart. But if you don't wanna come off as obsessive then still tell him how you feel but don't be all "I NEED YOU IN MY LIFE! YOU'RE THE REASON I BREATHE!" or w/e but I know you won't do that.
