13/f- heyy!! does have a tattoo on their left shoulder??? if s0o does it hurt when you got it done, cause im gettin one sometime this year.. and im really scared that its gonna hurt really badd :'(!!!!

Since you are 13 with your parentsa consent you CAN get a tattoo , but make sure that it is something that you want and since this is your way of paying respect to your brother i guess we all know it definatly is what you want . I do not have any tattoos but yes from what i have heard it does hurt but the pain will go away eventually.
