Hi im Shelly and Im 14. I have had pets before but they have died. I did at one point have 6 rabbits but 2 we gave to my dads friends daughters and the rest have died. I don't know why thought. We look after them well and dont treat them bad we give them plenty of exercise too but still they died. I have 1 rabbit now and she is 2. I have wanted a dog for ages but my mum won't let me have one. She said its because she doesn't want a dog in the house, but she loves my uncles dog loads. I am starting to think the reason is because she doesn't trust me to have anymore pets. plz help me to change my mums mind.

List reasons why you can own a dog, and reasons that you are a good owner. Or you can buy a plant, and make a deal with you mom. Say that if you can keep the plant alive for a few months, that you are responsible, if you dont keep it alive for a few months, then you dont get a dog.
