hi...i am about 30-40 pounds overweight (i know...eww) but i have been trying 2 lose weight like i tryed atkins and it didnt work for me...and i eat pretty healthy and go to the gym about everyother day...i am going on vacation on july 6...in about a month...and i really wanna lose 20 pounds before then and wanna lose more by the time school starts back...please any advice would help me...btw i have just now started cutting calories but i dont know if its working cuz i just started that...also i am 15.

hmm..maybe you should take diet pills if the whole working out thing isnt working for you..try stacker 2 or 3...but be sure youre ready for it. I think you should try other techniques for working out since you are only 15, try eating no baked baked goods or drinking soda. If you want some more help you can IM me :]
