i'm a college student in North Carolina, who orignates form Northern Virgina, right out side of Washington DC. I give good advice according to all of my buddys. I cant spell worth beans. i don't wanna sound lose or NE thing but sex befour age 18 has been around for a long time, it's just now it's more in the spot light, so ya teen pragnancy rates have increased but more than likely thats because most teens are not taught how to use birth controll proprley. AND don't go and blame it on tv shows eather, fact is kids like to do taboo things and right now sex is taboo.when you just gives up and says sex is ok has long has you use protection, the amount of kids "doing it" will will decress i bet ya.

I'll blame it on TV if I bloody want! Taboo is one thing yes, but let's also keep in mind at that age sex to dumb-I mean teens- is pleasurable and fun, and TV, movies, and the rest of society leads them to believe it's okay.
