k thanks! i may try them, i'm slightly worried to because i've always had really great teeth, no cavities. and i think the strips may cause them to become more vulnerable to cavities.

ya but there r little to no carbs in half and half- and tons of carbs and sugar in skim and NO TASTE IN SKIMMM. haha
