Some of my friends said they hurt after but they take a few advil or something and it helps a lot. Oh and it apparently it hurts a bit after you get them tightened too, but you'll get used to it and it won't be as bad once you've had them on long enough.

If your friends ditched you for the "popular" kids, then they must not be as good of friends as you thought they were. I say you start fresh, or start hanging out with people you didn't get to hang out with very often, and find good&true friends who won't ditch you for something as stupid as the popular crowd. Nobody needs friends like that, so find some that are worthy of keeping, and won't ditch you for something as stupid as that. You deserve friends that are much better. =o)

well it's definitely not healthy.. you can't eat JUST salads.. you need some of everything.. starving yourself won't help you lose weight because when you DO eventually eat, you over eat anyways.. eat MEAT.. drink lots of water, because it burns calories if you have enough of it
