you should tell her politely that she needs to show up for practices becuase its hard to put it together w/ her missing if shes a true friend she will understand and either say she cant really do it because shes to buisy or promise to show up. Hope we helped!

you can go to a gym! if you find a good one the machines will tell you the target areas you can just look around and find some that target the inner thighs! (but remember this will take time you cant have perfect legs after going once!)

i think that you should deffinetly stay true to your heart but i dont think it is a good idea to tell everyone, are you sure that you are lesbian because at this age everyone is kindof confused with their sexuality dont go up and make out with her either but think about what might happen if you tell ppl
