I'm 17 years old. Male.
I recently got a job at Sears. I love it. This may sound weird, but I wear eyeliner. I guess I just like it. Anyways. When I wore it to work, my manager told me not to wear it anymore. The next day, I still wore it. He told me that he would make me leave if he saw me wearing eyeliner at work again. He said it isn't "business professional".
To me, this seems like it's prejudice. Women can wear it, but men can't? In the handbook, Sears claims to not discriminate based on gender, but I'm starting to think otherwise.
What should I do? I really want to wear it and express myself at work, but I also need this job. (link)

your compleately right. It is discrimation ebcsuse if a female could wear it then yous hould be too. You should tell your boss that. Then again it is place and you do have to oblige by his rules. Maybe if you talk to him then you can tell him he's being discriminating and it will change his mind. sorry if i didn't help very much! :S

yes, sometimes mine starts heavy and then a day or two later it gets lighter.

im thinking about moving out next fall- in with my boyfriend. im 16, i'll be 17. hes 18 soon to be 19.
it is possible for me to continue going to high school once i move out, but still- finishing it up online would make my life easier for when im on my own. ill have more time to work and take care of things.

i have like 11 pairs of jeans
but since its gotten cold i can only wear about 3 pairs,
because the rest are skinny jeans.
and the only shoes i have that look good with skinny jeans besides flip flops are my high top DCs. thats really it.
so any other ideas of what to wear?
or a style of shoe and where to buy them?

well i have a million pair of skinny jeans too and u can wear flats but since its cold outisde then i suggest boots....something like uggs or just a regular pair of boots....hope i helped! :D

well i think she should cut some of it off(NOT ALOT) and then do lots of layers everywhere and then either do sidebangs or full bangs staright across. but its reallyhard to give advice on this because everyone has a different look to them and some things might be nice on some but not so nice on others. but thats my opinion!! hope i helped!:)
