Hey. Well, I'm going shopping this Wednesday, and I was wondering if stores like Forever 21, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Victoria's Secret, Nordstrom, Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, etc. have sales by then because of after Christmas or upcoming New Years, etc. Thanks! (link)

I know there used to be settings that allowed you to not allow all users that weren't your friends to view your profile. I really want to do this for my profile! I can't find the place where you can switch your profile to private!! Where is it? I really need to know soon!!! (link)

I had to work today for the huge boxing day sale at our store. My shift started a 8 in the morning. For the first 6 hours things were going well, but the last hour of my shift was a nightmare. My boss called me to the back and told me to finish pricing some items on the shelf that hadnt been marked down yet. Then she drilled me about why the work hadnt been finished on christmas eve. I told her that it had been extremely busy with customers and that one of the staplers broke down that we were using to tag onto the clothing. She didnt buy it and said " oh so thats your explanation? " She asked me what I did about the stapler and I told her I talked to one of the managers and then she asked for her name and what she told me. It was like she didnt believe me or something. I was really upset because I worked my ass of on Christmas Eve and she thinks I was slacking off. There was no way I could have got all the work done with the volume of customers we had that day that needed to be served. She also blasted me for pricing something wrong by one little digit and said it was a "huge" mistake and could cost the department a lot of money.
Now I'm worried I'm going to get canned. I've only been with the store for up to two months and so far I've been an excellent employee, i've never phoned in sick and have showed up for all my shifts with enthuisam and am a hard worker.
Should I be worried? I have two days off and I'm hoping she'll calm down.
She also said that she wasnt just singling me out and that she was mad at some other girls who workd Xmas eve as well. And do you think she was being a little unfair to me?

From my perspective.....
during the hoilidays people are very stressed out, and maybe when u go back you should bring her a nice present, or buy her lunch.

Hey! Some tips that I have discovered that work are:::
1. Walk up and act flirty... smile.... twirl your hair.., all that great stuff!
2. Sit down w/ him or them @ the lunch table and talk about interests,, friends ETC.
3.Get a group of frineds and just start tlking to him and make a dinner date or movie date :)
