I have to drink coffee every day to survive. I don't drink a ton of it, probably two cups a day in the morning. My friends and I used to have a day we'd call "detox thursday" where we wouldn't drink coffee all day, but I was starting to hate detox thursdays because I felt tired and grumpy all day so I quit doing it with them. Does this mean I'm addicted? Is coffee really that bad for me? It's way better than soda, right? (link)

it sounds like you are addicted to caffeine (is that how you spell it? oh well, that's how I spell it lol). i would try cutting down the coffee (just have a bit in hot chocolate or something - that means smaller quantities... and it's sooo yum!). OR you could tell someone who lives with you that you want to cut down, and make them force you to do something you REALLY hate whenever you have coffee... you'll get sick of it eventually, and then just have the occasional one. don't let it control you! good luck!

I have been going out with this boy for 4 mnths and i really care about him. I feel like everything thats going wrong in school or home i take it out on him and he will think i'm acting to bitchy and i'm scared of him breaking up with me. what should i do? (link)

it can be hard sometimes when you are really angry or frustrated and do or say before you think, but try not to take it out on other people. pillows are good for punching (and cheaper than punching bags lol) if you need to get violent. if you need to yell, turn up the radio really loud and yell at that (hey, it works lol).
if you're boyriend really cares about you, he'll realise when you're not happy, and he'll try to help you. and i know this probably isn't very comforting, but if he does break up with you, why would you want to be with him? hope i've helped... good luck!

I'm an athiest, but i don't try to force people to believe what I believe. I don't challenge other people's beliefs. I've had this one guy bother me for 5 years about being an athiest. (I go to a PK-12 school distict). He's always asking me why I'm not religious, why I don't believe in God, etc, ect, and so on. i've done everything I can think of, including inflicting bodily harm on him (well - I dropped a book on his head. But I don't even think that hurt him) but he won't stop. how do I stop him? (link)

ignore him. i know other people have said this, but it works. i have the most annoying brother on the planet (and we're twins, and so we're in all the same classes. ack!), and usually the whole reason people annoy others is to get a reaction out of you. pretened he doesn't exist when he talks to you. if he realsises you don't care or that you're not listeneing, he'll realise that there's no point in him talking.
if this doesn't work, just remember: there are exceptions to every rule. i personally wouldn't report him, because i find this provokes people to do whatever they're doing more, bu after 5 years, maybe it's getting to a point where you need to do that. good luck!!

sometimes i feel like my weight is getting to high ...although everone tells me i am not fat i feel it and i dont want it! i cant go running i never am able to keep it up....i cant help my self to foodS! i crave easy how can i solve this without those traits! (link)

try gentle exercise (swimming and walking are good) and DON'T SKIP MEALS!! i've heard that if you skip breakfast and/or lunch, you'r more likely to have large snacks later in the day. snacks are not usually healthy, so it's better to have the main meals than to have several smaller ones. also, don't have too many carbohydrates (bread, cereals, sugar, etc) at night. this is the food that gets converted to fat if it's not used right away, so you don't want it stuck in your tummy all night while you're asleep. hope i helped some!!

i know you probably don't want to hear about my probs, but this is just an example... my friends are all having this huge fight since we started high school. one group of them keep writing to the person they hate with letters and poems about how much they hate her. i think this is sos dumb - if you don't like someone, don't waste time on them. if ayou can make life enjoyable, then do it! don't spend your time doing things you don't like or being with people you'd rather not be with.
don't change who you are just to stop her talking crap about you - be happy with who you are and don't bother with people who don't like you as you are - they're not worth your time.
