I haven't been able to sleep for the past couple of nights, i wake up all night long, and it's hard to sleep. I wake up like at 3am. everytime too. And I've been getting up the past couple of days really early and going to swim team and other daily activities. I'm thinking about thaking benadrill to get me to fall asleep.
and rite now, i dont feel well at all. my stomach hurts, and i feel as if i am going to throw up.

I have had insomnia for over 7 years. Not fun and i have tried everything known to man/woman. Some important things to keep in mind is benidryl doesn't work for long. and when you stop taking it, much worse then before because your body got used to it. The being sick feeling is definitely from lack of sleep. Are you having to much caffeine? sometimes it's that but doesn't seem like it to me.
seems like your exercising which is a common solution. i would look at balancing sleep. keep a schedule. and also don't use your bed for anything other then sleep. so your mind get's the idea that's where to sleep. If all that fails. go to a natural store or even CVS/walgreens and get melatonin. It's over the counter and safe because it's what your body naturally uses to fall asleep. Try at 1MG and don't go higher then 3. Remember nothing for sleep will work if you don't let it. Actually try to sleep.
