My friends keep..."teasing"..me about something and its not really a big deal or anything but im getting embarrassed and i want them to stop, i told them that and they said they would but they havent....what should i do?

Keep asking them to stop if they continue then there not really good friends. Some people should know about this stuff because it happens alot but even if they don't stop and you still want to be friends with them then you can always learn to ignore it or make it sound funny.

If youre a 14 year old girl and somebody tells you your voice is "mature" is that a compliment or not?

It's a compliment. Most girls who are 14 are more mature because girls mature faster than boys do.

Im always being touched my guys! im like y do u guys touch me so much and there like ur so hott we cant resist and so i let them but it gets annyoing. my friends tell me that im lucky that i get the attention. what do u think?

I'm sorry to tell you honey but some guys do that because they think that you'll give out. Just tell them to stop and if it gets worse tell and authority.
