I think that shows that your best friend has no confidence in herself/himself and if they get mad at such a small thing as that then they might get more mad at bigger things...try talking to your friend and showing him/her the he/she has had better ideas at one point or another and that both of ya'll are better at diffrent things.

ummm...i dont think theres any rules...i do the inside but it's whatever you choose...i think putting it on the outside makes your eyes look bigger.
