humm Well thats kind of hard since you like him alot but you dont want to go out with him, so you jut like him as like a play buddy? Or what I mean it sounds like he likes you, I have a couple of guys who do that to me. Okay well first of all unless you weigh like 160 pounds than you dont need to diet, but some good diets would be eating salad and try not to drink sodas or eat candy that often, have a good balanced meal everytime you eat, like a vegtable a main meal and either a fruit or a salad. water helps alot too, drink alot of water, and try jogging every night or day it helps alot with abs. !! dont get too worked up about the diet we dont want you to skinny now!

Wow okay, that has happened to me many times, so your not the only one out there, well you rejected him right? Try explaining to him that you just want to be good friends and that you dont want to ruin yalls relationship. But be nice about it and just explain to him you didnt really like him that way, but complement him so he wont feel bad too.

Mmmmkay one thing you need to know, is flat out dont cut yourself, trust me it is really bad and I know you didnt bleed but still I am strictly saying this, I have been through all of that stuff and you really dont need to cut, even if you only did it once. When you get overwhelmed try doing something you enjoy, or talking on the phone with friends or online. Or you could try talking to your mom, or dad, I know it doesnt sound so cool but just explain to them that you have alot of stress iny your life and you cant quite deal with it the right way, nd trust me I wasnt to hip with talking to my mom but it really helped.

Dont worry if your not too big down there, if your girl friend loves you than it shouldnt matter that much to her. And if she wont stop backing off than you need to flat out tell her that she needs to stop or maybe it just ownt work out. I know you love her in all but thats the kind of thing you need to think about when it comes to girls, not fighting or anything like that. And just explain to her that you love her and you wouldnt cheat on her even if it were life n death, and tell her that she means alot to you.
