Q: How do i know when im ready for a cupped bra size? I wear like those cami-cut off bra things now but everytime i wear a shirt i can see my nipples. Does this mean i should start wear cupped bras??

Well first off, Cami's cannot be classified as bras.
In which case, I would suggest you go shopping. To make it easier on you, you should measure your approximate bra size before you go, that way you'll have an idea of what to look for.
You need to take two measurments:
*Underbust Measurement*
-Measure under your bust:
=You need to add 4 inches if the measurement obtained is an even number of inches
=You need to add 5 inches if the measurement obtained is an odd number of inches.
Example: If your underbust measurement is 31, add 5 to get the bra size 36, or, if your underbust measurement is 30, add 4 to get the bra size 34
*Overbust Measurement*
-Measure around the fullest part of your bust to determine Cup size.
-If the bust measurement is:
The same as your bra size, your Cup size is A.
1 inch more gives Cup size B
2 inches more gives Cup size C
3 inches more gives Cup size D
4 inches more gives Cup size DD
5 inches more gives Cup size E
and so on through F, FF and G
Example: Underbust measurement of
29in. + 5in. = bra size 34....Overbust measurement of 34in. = Cup A
So the correct fitting would be 34A...Get it?
I know it sounds a bit confusing, but it really isn't...You'll get it. Good luck!

ok so this might sound stupid but okay: i go to a boarding school and we can't have straighteners because of some rule, but my hair is super wavy (only not in a pretty way, it's wavy in this really out-of-control gross way) and frizzy as hell. It's pretty thick, and well I use sunsilk hairapy "straighten up" shampoo/conditioner/relaxing cream... and I blow-dry it "straight" too... after i wash it...
and i have no idea what i can do to make my hair straight without straightening it! what i've mentioned above doesn't work! it looks nice for 10 minutes (literally) and then goes back to being all wavy and out of control and frizzy.

Well, you could get it chemically straightened, but that gets pricey, and the store-bought ones generall don't work..
On the other hand, I have a question: Do they allow you to have irons? (Like the thing you use to on clothes? =P)

Whenever it's hot, or i'm working out, or exerting myself at all- my entire body becomes drenched in sweat and my face turns bright red (not just a healthy glow, but disturbingly red like a devil) and people are always like "OMIGOD ARE YOU OKAY?!?!??!" and it's SO annoying and embarassing.
What causes this whole sweat problem (i know it's not hyperhydrosis because it's not like i have sweatstains all the way down to my waist)
and what can i do to stop it?
and why does my face turn all red ?
(and it's not puberty, i've passed that)

You could go to the doctor to see if they can give you anything to help reduce sweating. If you'd rather not, I swear by the deoderant Certain Dri..
Even if you think you're sure it's not hyperhydrosis, I'd check out this site, just in case.

I agree, you definatley need to tell your doctor your having sex. Again, you have nothing to worry about, regarding your parents. If you want, you could tell your parents the reason you're taking the birth control is because you have an irregular period, and they'd never have to know the truth until you were ready to tell them.
The doctor will NOT tell your parents you're having sex, I promise.

I'm sorry if this seems judgemental to you, hunny, but please, DON'T do it. I know plenty of girls who have had sex at a young age and completely regretted it. Please, don't do it. You might think you're ready, but you're not. Trust me on this.
...And to answer your question, I suppose: It depends on the girl, the pain factor. For some girls it doesn't hurt at all, but for others it's excuciating pain. It sounds like it might hurt for you, but I can't tell you how badly.
