my "best friend"

there's this girl i have been best friends with since 2nd grade(now we're in 8th). when we started middle school in 6th grade, me and her and these 3 other girls started hanging out together all the time and kind of became like a group and like best friends. me best friend since 2nd grade, she's always been the girl who got her older sibling's hand me downs so didnt dress all "cool" and had strict parents and never acted like a teen(i guess u would say) but she's so nice and funny that u love her anyway. but this year, she's started dressing better and acting all outgoing with the "popular" girls, who i know she is sort of friends with(i am too) but not really good friends and i feel like shes hanging out with them a lot...

There's this girl I'm friends with. She has a lot of guy friends, and whenever I hang out with her, she's usually around them. See, her guy friends are very nice, and cute, so I usually end up liking one of them, and then losing interest, simply because I can't talk to them (They usually don't have a screen name or we have none of the same classes together, plus I can be shy if I talk to a guy I like in person).
I usually tell her if I like someone, but now I like one of her good guy friends, and I don't want to tell her (This guy friend has a screen name and stuff and I'm more determined to get to know him better). I don't want her to see me as "the girl who always ends up liking her friends and then not liking them the next day."
What should I do? Thanks!

My bestfriend and I used to have a wonderful friendship. Well recently she has done something to really make me question our friendship. I told her to go to the nurse for me to get some pads( i didnt want to do it because i've been there more then two times already) and I did the same for her a couple of months back. But she told the nurse that they were for me, eventhough i specifically told her not to put my name in it. So we got in a big argument over it. So later that day we had track practice. And i really needed the pads but she wouldn't give them to me. Fortunately I got them from someone else. But the fact that she was willing to let me just leak at practice really made me question our friendship. I need some guidance. I don't know ...

friends are getting into drugs!!

i'm 16 and i'm in high school right now and I know this might seem like a cliche, but all of my close friends are getting into serious drugs and alcohol, and I made an oath to myself awhile back never to get into that shit. So what to I do, find new friends? Tell it's stupid and have them exile me? Even I myself at one point almost gave in.... I keep trying to tell them pot makes them stupid and they're alcholics. Any suggestions?

Okay, so a week ago my English teacher gave our class a big project to work on (that was due today). It consisted of writing a song, making a movie, and writing a paper. Well, last Wednesday I was absent, so my 2 friends ended up making the song. We tried to get together over the weekend, but I couldn't get a ride so the other two just got together and worked on the script. They gave the rest to me and I finished it. The only day we could work together was yesterday, the day before the project was due...so we made our movie and they gave it to me to edit. I ended up getting sick and missing the class it was due in! My teacher is kinda strict on grading, she might say, "You guys should have been ready...sorry." I just really feel b...

my friend that i like a lot as more than a friend used to work at the same place with me but he quit to go to the military to get his GED or something... i really miss him and i dont even know if i will see him again.... what should i do becuz i really wanna talk to him but i dont kno how to reach him && i keep having dreams about him and it doesnt make me feel any better.... what should i do?

For our one week of Winter Break, me, and my parents are going to California to visit my relatives. I want my best friend to come along.
She needs a place to stay for Winter Break cause her parents have to go to court [long story]Both our parents work for airlines so we'll fly for free. We'd stay at my g-ma's house [ so no hotel fee] Me and my bff have tried to go on several vacations together and my dad usually says yes but my mom ALWAYS says no. She gets mad when I ask and starts screaming. She said having my bff come along will just put stress on her.
How can I convince my mom that my friend should come to California with us? [ I need a resonable answer, that would be put in a sweet way. My mom can get very agrumentative and mean]

hey i'm a guy, and one of my friends got pregnant. the whole school found out and eventually her parents did too. right now shes feeling terrible and her parents flipped out on her. i heard her talking to some of her friends and said she was considering getting an abortion. i asked her about it and she said shes worried and afraid its a bad idea. what should i tell her about it? i mean i don't think she should get one, but how do i help her with what she wants to know? thanks

I know that this is really long and confusing, but I really need help, so please read this!!!!!

My best friend is a guy and i even dated him for almost 8 months but we broke and everything changed. He kinda went into this depression and started smoking and smoking weed. His mom recently died on Halloween, and it hurt him so bad. He usually goes to school high and im so worried he'll get caught and i'll never see him again. I've tried to talk to him about how its not ok and there are other ways of coping but all he says is that he loves mary jane... what do i do?!

last night my friend asked me to go with her to this spaghetti dinner thing for this hockey association and all the hot hockey guys were there! well she use to go to that school..so all the hot guys knew who she was and would talk and flirt with her and stuff..and i mean yeah they didnt know me but i was SOOO jealous of her..i mean every hot guy like looked at her about 100 times..not even kidding and im just there like a nobody..i felt so left out and like i said what were they suppose to do tho? because they didnt really know me..well this brought my self-esteem down. and i dont know! im so bad at talking to guys..i never know what to talk about and i usually wont go up and talk to them first..and i have a myspace and im starting to like ...

so, my best friend is going out with this kid who i dont really like .. i never see her anymore and never talk to her, we were going to hang out last weekend and she told him she couldnt cuz she hadnt seen me then he left her a message saying oh cant wait till this weekend, oh wait u have asshole friends .. it bothers me because this was my best friend, someone i always relied on and now shes gone .. i have to face it but she picked him over me and ive tried talking to her, i want her to be happy which is why i havent said anything so far but its killing me inside, does she care about me? i dont know what to do please help!!!

Alright, damn this is a long but interesting story. Ok, there are these two people who i have known for like 9 years now (I'm 17), and they have both completely changed from when i like first met em in like second grade. One is a boy another is a girl. The guy has been my best friend ever since who knows when, and the girl is my neighbor that i have known forever. I'M SO PISSED OFF AT HER!!! She ditched me this weekend, saying she was going to go to a party to get "messed up" and by her saying messed up I was thinking... drinking.
