Out of all my friends if you were to ask them about me when were hanging out with our "whole group" guys and girls that im shy. i dont do it on purpose its just how i am i wish i wasnt like that. because all i hear about is how this friend hooked up with his friend but its never me. i mean im not into the whole hooking up thing but i mean i would if i liked the guy but im to shy to even get into that. i feel like im the good girl because when we do things i always make sure were not going to get into trouble. I bothers me all the time that im the way i am. they do know this, should i talk to like my close girl friends about it next time its just us together.. like how im always shy and dont know how to get over it. i hate it so mu...

My friends always tell me im pretty and that im the skinniest out of all of us whenever i say im fat or that im ugly or hate my hair and things like that and i dont know if they are doing this to make me feel better or not? what do you think?

camping trip

okay well im really sick of not being popular. i have a couple of friends, but sometimes they just get sick of being with me. today in school we were reading reports to the class. the person who read their report got to choose another person to go next. Hey. So, I got into a fight with my best guy friend. And, we were yelling at each other over Aim...the thing is, i tried apologizing, and he was like why are you being all nice now etc. But, i wasnt the one that should have apologized,because only 1 thing was my fault. and he misunderstood it. My friend stays mad, at things...i dont want this to ruin our friendship...any advice?

Please help me!
Ive been friends with this girl for about 2 years now and all she does is copy me! Im gettin so annoyed because everytime she copies something i do i always have to change just incase people will think im copying her or that we are trying to be twins or something! I really hate her now shes doin my head in, i want to smack her. I know you will probably say 'you should feel flattered' but i DONT! She takes everything away from me!!!

My best friend's boyfriend really gets on my nerves. He calls me names and he is really immature. Last time when my best friend and I hung out all she did was talked to him on the phone but she later on apologized for it. When we are on the phone together all she does is talk about him. Its really annoying me to the point where I can't take it. What do I do to handle this problem? I know I must talk to her but what should I say?

I'm 15 years old. I used to be popular, but ever since i switched into a private school i feel like i dont hang out as much, and when i do, its ME making the plans. I especially dont have very many guy friends any more (esp. since i now go to an all girls school). WHAT SHOULD I DO!? and how can i make new guy friends?

Best Firends?

Me and my firend have been best firend sence 2nd grade (now were in highschool).We had a little fight(blown out of proportion)our first fight! and we have been firends for like 8 years. Anyway that was months ago it only lasted about two days.I have noticed that our firendship seems to be fading. One of my other firend amy has been hanging with my bestfirend alot, basically everyday. She barly hangs out with me let alone anyone else now adays because she is always with amy. I feel bad and don't want to say anything because amy died died last summer and she really needs someone to support her. My other firends also commented on her always with amy and she got really mad.What should I do? Just stand back and watch our firendship fade?

well okay like me and my best friend nikole have been like friends since kindergarten and now im a freshman in highschool and she is too except we go to diffent ones cause i moved not far though just like 10 mins away. I'm a white female in my 40s, have been married for 13 years. I have two childred from a previous marriage, and one with my husband now. I have several close friends of both sexes, and all races and ethnic backgrounds. My husband and I have a very trusting relationship without jelousy. I can talk to my male friends on the phone, meet them for lunch, a walk in the park, or go fishing with or without my husband. My husband treats all my friends with respect, as I do his. They are all good people in his book.

okay...is it at all possible to feel as if you are totally in love with someone and then for a little while not feel as strongly and then a few days later feel in love again??....yea weird...i know but idk...

In school I have 2 awesome friends I have known for 10 years...they're basically the best!!! Yes and well one of them is celebrating her 15th birthday a month and about a week from today. Her birthday will be when we go on summer holidays...and we might be going in different clases. We'll still be friends but I really want to make this present special and when it comes to buying gifts I suck. I mean I'll walk around the mall//store about 20 times then end up picking the lamest crap.

Hey. I need some advice. really. I honestly dont know what to do. Here is my story of A friendship mysteriously gone with the wind.

I feel REALLY bad about something that happened today. Well I was in a horrible mood this morning because of what happened at work the other day- things got so bad I almost quit. Also I got no sleep because I ran out of my medication last night that I'm supposed to take before I go to bed. Well my friend walked over to my appartment this morning (uninvited). I was still in a really bad mood and was being really bitchy- not to her just moody. I apologized to her and then treated her to lunch at Mcdonalds. I told her why I was upset and that I was thinking of looking for a new job.
