Lost distant friend

Around a month or two ag, I called up a frend that i haven't talked to in 5 year. I'm not sure whether to keep talking to her or just to cut the tie. Can you help?

Alright, well the school year is coming up soon, and I really want to be extra social this year. I don't mean like popular, I don't care about that, but last year I hung out with friends, but most of my weekends were spent at home, and this year I want to hang out with more people and be at home less. I especially want more guy friends. I have like, two. And I see all these girls with all these guys friends and I always wonder how they became friends with them. Help?

Ok, so my ex friend hates me because she thinks i was talking bad about her. i feel pretty bad because i kind of was by telling my guy friend about her, he rephrased what i said to her, so my ex friend thinks what i said was all too wrong. All I said to him was that she dumped me for her new best friend and her ex boyfriend used her, and that's what she told me word-by-word. in a way i feel like it was wrong to say anything (guilty on that one), but my guy friend rephrased it saying her ex used her sexually or whatever and she dumped me and started hating me when her new friend came along. i didn't say any of that...

I have this friend who gets mad really easily, but you can't tell her anything. She is so untrustworthy. If she thinks you like a guy then she'll claim she's in love with them and i'm an awful friend if i try for them. She gets jelous easily also. I can't stand her anymore, but I have all my classes with her and all my friends are friends with her...:( so what should I do? She is driving me crazy. Please help. Thanks!

Weeds ruining everything.

All my best friends have gotten into weed. I'm not like that, so I've shifted to a new group of friends. Now one of my other good friends, who doesn't do weed, all of her "group" is into it too.
She so scared, and she pretty much has no friends now cause she's not into that stuff and they hate her now cause she isn't doing it too.
I'm her friend, but theyre in her classes and I'm not. How do I help her get thru this. She's starting to show symptoms of depression from this too.

hi! sorry if this might be a bit long but i realy need an answer
me and one of my friends do voulentire work at a farm with people with learnin disabilities. the other day this woman brought to baby guineapigs in and i took one and my friend took one! there reali little only about as big as a hamster and we were goin to put them wih our pet rabbits but i thort that it was to small and that my rabbit might hurt it so its in a cage in the house now but my friend did after i said it mite be to small and her rabbit stood on it and she had to get it put to sleep! the staff at farm are all ace! but my friend turned round and told my not to say out about having it put to sleep as hey might hink she cant look after it properly but i fel sooo...

I think my best friend has major jelousy issues and I don't know how to help her out. Example: If someone has one of her favorite songs on their myspace or something she gets mad. She acts like she's the only one who can like it. Same with layouts and colors for A.I.M. She's really spoiled but her family isn't even rich. Her parent's can't make her understand that they need important things for the family besides Abercrombie clothes.
There is a guy she likes and he has a girlfriend. She was talking all trash on her saying how she was fat and ugly.. and seriosyly, she's not. If I hang out with other friends, she gets mad at me. to start things off im 15/F..
my best friend and i have been friends since the 5th grade.(and by best friends, i mean you COULD NOT seperate us!) then towards the end of my 8th grade year i moved about 45 minutes away. we still kept in touch by phone calls and we always hung out. but this past summer was hard for me to get out places. i always had things to do, or i already made previous plans with people. and now i think that shes uber mad at me because i cant do anything. she says: "you said we would hang out over the summer.. and you go and make other plans" the thing is, ive had these plans since the end of the school year, its not like i can ignore them. and i really dont want ...

WEll i got this friend that i been getting into fights with alot but we seemed to get over them really quick but then one day i really got mad and chewed her out and this has been about three weeks ago and i really miss talking to her so i went and bought her flowers today and dropped them off at her house and then i get on the internet later and she sends me a message and says sorry you wasted your money but nothing is going to change and now i dont no what to do and the thing is all my other friends are really good friends with her and if i lose her they will forgwt about so what should i do??

Everyone in my school all have their little groups. If you go and hang out with them, they treat you weirdly. I had a group, but now all of them are trying to get me into drugs, sex, and making me turn lesbian cause four of them are now.
I want new friends, I'm more of the happy, bubble, totally outgoing loving life type. Not the out getting stoned, then carving depressing words into my arm type.
How do I go about getting into a new group, without totally humiliating myself. I have lots of friends in different groups, however, I'm not like great friends with all of them! Thanks!

I never feel like my best friend likes me as much as I like her. We live in different towns and weve been having so much fun this summer..but then her other best friend came back from vacation and now shes going to be hanging out with her the whole rest of the summer. Im really sad because shes only known her new best friend for a few months and Ive known her for 6 years and I feel jealous & forgotten. Bi friends?

My best friends told me about a month or two ago they were both bi. About two weeks ago, they started "going out" I was cool with them being Bi before, we just went along being friends. But now that they're going out its totally ackward, gross, and I just can't stand being around them. Me and them have really drifted apart since the summer started cause they got into it with guys who are big into sex and weed. Is it time for me to get new friends? How do I go about doing that, I don't want to look like a loner.

Ok my friend (who is a guy, and I am a girl) just broke up with his girlfriend, who is another friend of mine. And ever since the break up My guy friend and me have been spending a lot of time together...while the his ex is moving on with other guys(if you know what i mean) I think he is using me as a way of not to deal with the pain. I feel so bad for him because I can see how much he is hurting and everytime I bring her up he changes the subject. I don't want to push...but i want to help him get over it. How can i do that? If you look at him you can tell he is in pain...just he trys to cover it up. I don't want him to know that I know he is in pain. So what should I do? Any help would be amzing!

Okay so I have this friend who I horseback ride with and she's three years younger than me. Well, you wouldn't think that would matter because she acts more mature thatn she really is and it's almost like she keeps me in touch with my innocnet side. (at our age, 3 years is a big difference). However, every time I mention her, my best friend goes, "Ew, you're 5th grader?!" (going into 6th)So my question is is the age difference okay?

my friend slept over at my house, and we both slept in my room. i have a computer in my room, and i told her that she could go on my computer if she woke up before me, which she did. when i woke up, i was still in bed and i just opened my eyes, but i didnt move or anything. i could see from where i was on my bed that she was going through my computer and looking at all of my things. i could see that she was looking through one of my word documents. then when i said something, i sounded tired and she closed the document immediately and i could see she was hoping that i hadn't seen her looking through my things. i know that i shouldve said something but i didnt, and i completely regret that now, because it shocked me that she would do somethi...
