Okay well 14/f. My best friend in the entire world has been being REALLY mean to me lately. I'm thinking that she's jealous, but I don't understand why...She is only mean when we are around other people usually, and I've noticed she always makes herself look better than me in all situations. She always says mean comments and does things to put me down, but that's only when we are hanging around with our group of friends. When we are alone or on the phone, she's nice to me. Online,she makes fun of my guy friends because they are apparently "dorky" to her, so she was making fun of them. I`m going to a party with my boyfriend tomorrow. However, the hostess are pretty popular and I know there friends will all be there. I`m good friends with most of the popular crowd, however I feel ackward around some of them.
Any tips on how to survive the night without looking like a lonley loser?

I am like nearly bestfriends with this girl at my school. We hang out at school, and on occasion at her house or mine. But when she is with a huge group of friends I feel left out. Like she is busy talking to her other friends and does not pay attention to me, and her friends that she hangs out with always look at me all weird like I don't belong with the group. And ever since school started she barely talks to me because she is busy with her other friends. Although I do walk up to her and say hi but since she is always with other friends she doesn't talk much to me.
How can I get more attention from her, and get our old friendship back?

My 3 best friends and I have been best friends for 2 years now and we're extremely close. But here lately one of our friends Kim has been saying a lot of lies like to get one mad at the other. I love her to death but this year she's gotten pretty stuck up and its gotten so bad where none of us call her back when she calls us because we dont believe anything that comes out of her mouth. I dont want to loose her as a friend because I love her i really do. Should the rest of us comfront her and let her know about all the lies we've caught her in? (I dont want her to think we're attacking her or anything) i mean what should we do?

I`m well liked at school, I have alot of friends. However, I find myself being mean at times. I try not too, but a sarcastic remarks slip out constantly, and I tend to gossip. I've cut down alot, but I'm trying to stop all together.
Any tips on how to be a sweeter person?

I have these 2 friends.They were in my school last year.Sometimes when one of them ask me to go to a game the next day they act like they are best friends[not that i care i have a terrific best friend]they always say i had a great time and it was so much fun right?They always talk to each other.They talk to me to though.How can i handle it?

Please help! My best friend has all of a sudden since she got back from her clubbing holiday started seeing this guy. I know he isnt right and his family do drugs and it wouldnt suprise me if he did aswell, my friend doesnt see any wrong in him and is going on dates with him thinking hes 'sweet' and caring. Im not jealous its just since she came back from her holiday she still acts like shes in ibiza, trying to get with all the guys. I dont know what to think/to do. your advice please... thank you!!

to start off i am 15/female.. but okay, so i have liked this one kid for like.. at least 2 years now and he knows.. so anyways i will probably ALWAYS like him but that has really nothing to do with what im asking.. but anyways, almost a year ago i met this other kid and im pretty good friends with him now, but him & one of my friends have been going out now for almost 9 months.. and since ive spent a lot of time with him & what not im starting to like him more and more.. but its only SOMETIMES that i feel like i like him.. i feel wierd just typing this, but when im around him he just always makes me laugh & im not sure if i just love him company or if i actually like him.. i dont know what to do.. ahh its wierd.

i know this might be long,but im sorry,i've been going through this for over a year..
okay,so,i'll start out- i moved to a new town,made a lot of friends,everything was good.next year,im really quiet,start turning invisible.now this year i really want to change.i've been so closed up,and every answer i give to someone,its just all akward.i have no confidence,and only a few people see me as a friend they'd hang out with out of school. im starting to join a new "click" which i like,but i dont want it to be like the last.how can i talk a lot? how can i keep the person interested with me? i dont wanna run out of topics.i need to learn confidence and also be happy with myself,but how? how do i become outgoing? like 3 yea...

i am so confused. for some reason, i have these "urges" to make out with my friend, have sex with her, and like take showers with her and stuff like that. the thing is, i have this HUGE crush on this guy like a huge one. i have had boyfriends in the passed. i have no feelings for my freind. none at all, i don't like her like her. so then why do i have these urges? is it normal?

I know the saying is that people change over time. But this is different. I met this girl last year and we had some things in commen, so we decided to become best friends. Well over the summer something happend and i'm not sure what exactly... Since the first day of school (september 5) ALL she's been talking about is her guy friend ((not her boyfriend)) and her other best friend. Either those 2 people or else Dance. say you like this boy and you tell all your best friends and then your friend tells you she likes the boys cousin and she wants to go out with him.the boy your friend likes gets a girlfriend(its not your friend) so she gets mad and says i dont like him anymore. then on the phone your friend says she likes the boy you like and he likes her(even thou she told you she would never go with him he is like a brother 2 her months before that)wouldnt you be mad?? i am. what would you do?
