i dont know how to start conversaitions,get into them, and even just talk to people with out feeling nervous. i can talk with like 4 people,but 3 or under and its just hard to start convos. it seems like people dont find me interesting. and i have no idea how to open up and become more interesting.im soo lost. i dont even know what i like!how can i open up and start convos. also become interesting?

I am really worried my boyfriend thinks i am boring. I need ideas of fun things to do with him, but the thing is, he is really picky and stuff like that. He wnats to hang out with me this weekend, but the only way we can hang out is if i come over, and thinks his house is so boring. Are there any fun ideas u can do with the two of us at his house? Please help me out i want to hang out with him this weekend. I appreciate any ideas!!

I'll assume some people know how to play secret santa here, so I'm going to get straight to the question. I have to buy a gift for somebody I barely know. Shes short and asian, shes smart and that's all I know. What could I get her that's beetween 10-15 dollars? Thank you

Well at first my friend was asking me who i like but then i said i dont wanna tell her but im just gonna tell her bestfriend-shes my aquintance and my other friend is good friend. they are both good at keeping secrets but i didnt tell my other good friend because she used to like him so im unconfortable to tell her. But she doesnt know why i dont want to tell her. one day when i was trying to talk to my friend cause she didnt wanna talk to me cause i didnt tell her who i like and i tried to talk to her and i said"you hate me huh? you dont talk to me anymore i said it in a joking way and she was like" i dont hate you i just dont have anything to talk about" and i was like wtf and then when after lunch when i had a class with ...

Okay, so I have a good amount of friends. They're pretty awesome friends but to a point. I'm from South Korea and I've been living in the US for almost 6 years now and I'm the usual Asian person that studies her ass off with strict parents. The thing is that some people from my lunch table say hurtful remarks like "Are you teaching her Chinese" or some say some Japanese words or someone says "Go back to North Korea to your dicatator" or "Chinese girl" I know that they're saying thi sjokingly and many might not get why it's hurtful but the thing is that South Korea, China, and Japan are different countries with different cultures and own identity and when they decide to ignore the fact (that I've told them about...

There are three of us. We're 15/f. I guess im really the third because my two other friends[there my closest ones]are bestfriends. One of them used to be my bestfriend, and we'd kind of exclude the other one out, now its backfiring on me. It's hard to deal with because they make me feel so left out. Before when we made my other friend feel left out, my bestfriend would atleast talk to her. Both of them always ask me to go to their house, while the other one is there, but then it just turns out awkward because both of them ignore me and do their own little thing. It's not fun.

when your bestfriend does nothing but drugs, and you've known her your entire life and that comes to a big shock when you find out what she does.. how do you act? because maybe i overreacted. i have taken this seriously, and under a lot of consideration. I have done nothing but tried to help her stop, but all she does is lie and push me away. So when i try walking away she crys and says im the only true friend she has. What happens when you feel nothing but used, and you feel like there only keeping you around cause they know your the one who said they`d always be there?. And now a month later she tells me she is diagnosed with a personality disorder and boarder line bipolar. what do i do now? do i forget everything she has put me throug...

I have a friend that text messages me/calls me/ IM's me at least 2 to 3 times a week, I don't know if she is interested in me or what but it is making my girlfriend and I upset, she thinks somethings going on, and I feel like I'm being pestered... I like having her as a friend, like all my friends, but how do I tell her to cool off calling me and such so much without hurting her? She knows that her contact with me bothers my girlfriend and she still does anyway SO often... I feel like she is disrespecting me.

Ok I'm going to give a lot of detail so it can be more understandable:
My best friend of 5 years, Alex and I because really good friends with a girl named Jen in June and then a few days later we became friends with Tara. So Tara and Jen became best friends and we became a group of four. Tara was going off to university though. We had a good summer but right before she went off, her and Jen had a fight but then they made up.
Mid-September, Alex, Jen and me went to stay at Tara's for the weekend to party. Jen and Tara had another fight where Tara's real feelings towards Jen came through and from then on she kept telling Alex and me how much she hated Jen. We didn't tell Jen about this because Tara had a few valid points...

okay, i have a friend, well i dont know if shes really a friend anymore now, named amanda. well me and amanda have been bestfriends since 1st grade [at least] and amanda and me have ALWAYS done things together. then 3 weeks ago, she spreads a rumor that the people at our lunch table talk behind her back and are mean to her. and she told all the 'preps' that. and now they come up to me and my friend randi and are like "why are you mean to amanda" and we arent!? so well i guess we kinda get mad at eachother. and latley shes been ditching me for this other girl mary grace. now every time she looks at me, she rolls her eyes, and wants US to appologize, at first i was like NO WAY we didnt do anything?! then i saw she was online like 5 ...

I don't have a best friend-I have many acqaintances and some what friends that I can BARELY count on. No one ever invites me anywhere--and if I do invite people anywhere, it doesn't work out for them. OR I often invite people and I never EVER get an invite back. Why haven't I had a boyfriend yet? 16 and single--never been kissed. LIFE SUCKS. I guess I'm tragically ugly or something and how come I'm so uncomfortable around guys? I can never find myself to be calm and untensed around them. I feel like everyone uses me and I give my all to be happy--but in the end, I get nothing. I know I don't have a specific question--but can someone give me somewhat of a resolution to my devastating life?

Ugh...I noticed for a while that people seemed to be giggling when they were behind me, but I always thought maybe I was just being paranoid or something and just sort of ignored it. One day I was on the bench waiting for the bus when this group of girls started laughing and saying "oh my gosh" so I turned around and asked them "what's so funny?"
and one of them was like "your butt crack is totally hanging out!"
I thought she was joking but I felt back there and found out she was right. Later I told one of my friends about happened and he sort of turned red and looked away. And then he admitted that "yeah, that happens to you all the time. That's sort of what you're known for." I sudden...

My best friend has been acting really weird. And today I asked her if she likes me or not and she says no because I was talking **** about her. And I never said ANYTHING about her! I asked her who said it, and she said she wouldn't tell. She said our friendship is over, and she won't even believe me, even after I swore on my cat that died! Now I'm in tears!

My friend is such a copy cat. she won't stop copying me! lik eyesterday i changed my myspace to a christmas theme and she did do and got like the same layout as me but mine had strips and hers didn't. then, me and this guy(mike) have been talking for awhile and she is purposly trying to lead him on and now shes ahead of me on his top eight and she thinks its all cool to lead him on. he is kind of a pervert so if he says something gross to me i say ew or that won't happen but she will go along with the pervish stuff. what should i do about her copying and her stealing everything i have? (she has stolen more then just a guy or attempted to) should i talk to the guy about her and shoul di talk to her? or just stay out of it?

one of my best friends recently has completely distanced herself from me. idk why but i think it has something to do with her new boyfriend. hes a nice guy and all but i think hes introduced her to the not so good life of drinking & sex. she seems to always be in a biochy mood & not wanting to talk to anyone, even mr. romeo. idk whats gotten into her but i miss the old emma. help?
