Hair advice.

well i really am tired with my hair color because in some lighting it just looks green and sometimes it doesn't match my skin tone, so what color would look good?

Semi Dresses!

Semi is about 4 months away,and i know its early,but i want to get a dress. But I can't find any that might go good with my body shape.I'm 13 I'm only a 32A, and also im pretty skinny. I'm also short, 4"9-10,so its hard.I'm looking for a dress thats short [not knee high,shorter.] I have really long legs.They're like my whole body.I have brown hair/brown eyes.I'm not the tannest. So what I'm asking is, what color would look good on me, what dress would go good for my body type,and where can I get it? And if you want to,maybe give me examples or something? thanks lots fellow advicers!

Party Outfit!

I'm going to a party next saturday and buying an outfit next monday.
I havn't been to a party in ages and havn't got anything to wear!
I want to get a casual, fashionable mini dress. I don't want it to be too glam, but casual. And I'd like something that I can put with other casual accessories, like ankle boots, tights and a jacket or something.
I'm short and have a 'skinny hourglass' figure.
Oh and I don't want it to be black.
Do you have any ideas for what I could wear? If you do please just describe something or give me a link to an image. Thanks in advance, xxx

Black Woman Hair Delimna

I will give you my description first I am a small girl, I have a heart shape face sort of like the shape of Halles Berry's I have a small head, I have a caramel complexion my eyes are sort of small but nay way I want to get a afro. And, I don't know how it will look and how people will react to it I would like to know what you t hink about afros as women how do you think they look, and males I would like to know if you find them atrractive or at least decent looking. I would like all opinions and all view on it, I'm on the fence right now.

Makeup?

I don't like wearing a lot of makeup. I usually only have time to wear a little eyeliner on my bottom lid because I run late every morning, lol. But I wanted to know some good makeup because I would like to get some good stuff. I don't mind spending a bit, I'll save up if I have to. But I want it to look natural, and I'd like to focus mainly on eyes. People have suggested Clinique? What would you recommend?

Black Hair

I'm thinking about dying my hair black or some other color. I was wondering if ya'll thought i should or if i should go with another color here are some pics of me. (ya, i know some of them are a ...touch crazy lol) and ya my hair is blonde.

Uggs

I don't really like Uggs. They are ugly but.. I actually saw some good ones.
They were black ones [the longer ones; almost knee high] and I was wondering where I can get some similar ones?
Honestly, I'm not going to waste like $160-$200 onto those. I don't even have that money.

Okay my hairs lyk pretty lOng lyk past my shulders .. yah no how everyone puts there hair up with like the top part kinda lyk stickin up lyk a bump how do yu do dat ??.. nd idunno anyother styles ? i always straighten my hair .. haha yeah im lame for asken this but i i jus wunna no if anyone got any ideas .. iight thanx much <33

ok so in summer im very tan but in winter im about as pale as a ghost..especially my legs. is there anyway possible for me to get at least a little tanner without going tanning and having to put that "tanning lotion" on every night?(if theres honestly nothing you can suggest a lotion that you dont have to put on every day) thanks in advance!

a whole new look

I'm thinking about changing my wardrobe look.
I normally wear jeans everyday to school
and I wear T-shirts a lot (sporty type and maybe some that are girly)
and a lot of sweatshirts (zip ups and big ones)
and just tennis shoes...
thats my wardrobe for school....
i'm more sporty than girly girl... but thats what i want to change. i kinda want clothes that make me look hot, cute and still affordable
so if you could find some pictures at some stores that are inexpensive and still cute, and girly
that would be AWESOME!
PS: I don't like to wear skirts or leggings... but if you really insist.. thats ok

poofy hair

my hair is poofy!! aghhh how do I make it flatter and shinier??
My hair kinda curls inwards at the bottom((not inwards towards my face, inwards towards my neck)) (my hair is straight) but instead i want my hair to flip out on the bottom? In the morning I use hairspray and sometimes gel to make it flat... and then I curl my hair on the bottom to make it flip out. then after school when I come home and I look in the mirror... my hair is just like when I woke up! I need help!

i recently got my hair cut, like that ^^
and i can't think of any hairstyles, i normally leave it down, or put it up or half up half down.
i sometimes bring the bangs over so it creates a fringe. but i can't think of any hairstyles for it.

tomorrow is spirit day at our school. and the theme is monopoly. i want to dress like the dog piece. i have a little ribbon i'm gonna put on my neck. and i'm painting my nose black w/ 3 black dots on each side of my nose. how else can i look like a dog cause i dont have much and its tomorrow? or is their any other ideas to look like something from monopoly? thanks

I'm sick of every hair product that I buy not working. I've never tried Paul Mitchell, Big Sexy Hair, Back To Basics, or Redken though. Has anyone who has very (Not just a little bit frizzy, a few split ends here and there. I mean VERY.) dry and damaged hair ever tried these products and have they actually worked? If not, does anyone know what else I can do with my hair? Any possible things that you can do with it can all damage it in some way. I can't straighten it anymore (That's part of the reason why it's so damaged...along with coloring and highlighting it). I can't curl it because that fries it. I can't scrunch it because when I do it the only way it turns out good is by blow drying it, which damages it also. I can't put it up because...

okay, see i have just started my period so i have no breasts. Prom is in 3 months and i want a really cute dress. but one problem, i have no boobs! i have a water bra, so people think that i do. would they have grown by then? or what can i do to make them look bigger?
