I met this girl, lets call her Suzy, last year in school. We became really close friends. Then came summer and we kinda went our separate ways, I traveled, and she traveled. Then we found out we were in the some of the same classes together this year. On the first day of school, everything was fine... we hung out together and had fun. Then.... here comes the problem. Suzy has a best friend and she's known her until about kindergarten. Lets call her Kendra. Well Kendra and Suzy don't have any classes together, and they only see each other before school, sometimes in the hallways, and then after school.
Well my birthday was in October, and usually your friends decorate your locker when it's your birthday. G...

Christmas Presents!

Yes, I know, yet another Christmas-related question lol. But, I need advice on this. Okay, so I have a lot of close friends(nine, maybe?) that bought me Christmas presents and I bought them Christmas presents. The thing is, though, I have other friends who I'm not as close with but still good friends with and I feel like I should get them a small gift for Christmas. So, I don't really know what to get. I bought all of my best friends` presents already, and I was thinking about giving all of my other friends a mixed CD of really good songs/Christmas songs. Is that a good idea? Or should I just go with buying them all candy/candy canes? I don't really know whcih would be best; I'd have to burn like 15 CDs, but just giving them a candy cane se...

ok well im 14 and me and my friend have been best friends pretty much sense we were like 3 or 4 and like ever sense i can remember she has always been kind of like jelious when ever i get a new realllyy good friend she like freaks out. like right now in 7th grade i became best friends with my friend bailey, and now she has like been oh my gosh is bailey taking my spot? am i just like some annoyance that thinks shes your best friend? and i don't know its like really bothering me and i keep telling her no one can take her place, but like today i told her i wasn\'t gonna ride the bus home because my boyfriend was staying after school and hes been sick so i wnted to like hang out with him, and she left me a voice mail saying ok what is up with ...

ive had a tight group of friends since like the 3rd grade. now everything is falling apart and we seem to not click as well as we used to. but the thing is they were my life, and i hung out with them every weekend and told them everything, but now i just feel like i cant connect with anyone these days. im not going to change myself for the preps at my school and im not going to be a dork. theres no one in between, and i no the only reason i have held on to these friends for so long is because i have no where else to go, and i guess i got to comferitble, but now i have relized that they arent real friends.
how can i make new ones?

Alrightt this school year just seems to be horrible. It was amazing at the begging of the year i have so much fun and eveything i wanted, amazing friends and a boyfriend. Every weekend i was going out going to parties have fun and doing good in school. BUt then one week it badcially all came down, my boyfriend broke up with me and a few of my friends turned on me and it it was just a lot to handel at once. my friend follows me EVERYWHERE and does EVERYTHING i do. if i hang out with someone, she doesn't let me hang out with them she will just invite her self over to where we are and start hanging out with us. ITS REALLY ANNOYING! i'm actually starting to make new friends but its impossible if i keep hanging around with her.
Shes really bossy and controlling. What should i do? Should i keep ignoring her or tell her to stop following me around?

I Have Been Working With This Girl Now for 10 Years,Everything I do she copy's from me, from my Nailpolish ,to the same exact kind of car and the same color too....I Cant do anything without her doing the same thing,I feel like i cant be myself
because she is always doing and saying the same things as me.I have said something to her before and it still hasnt stopped.What can i do to stop this annoying behavior?PLEASE HELP ME CAUSE IM GOING CRAZY!!!!!!!

This really cute guy kissed me 4 months ago out of blue. We've been friends for a while, and I always have crash on him. After the day he kissed me, he didn't talk to me for 4 months. (neither email or any form of communication)
Now, we start to talk through emails, but he acts as nothing ever happened. What does this mean? What's going on? What do I do?

losing my friend

well ill make this short
im in a group and i have my best friend there too and shes becoming close with the rest of my group.. which isnt a bad thing. but at the same time i feel like im losing her. we still are close but i also feel like im becoming her second choice. i would talk to her about it and have no problem talking to her but i know what she will say.
should i talk to her anyway or just let it slide and not worry much about it?

okay so me and my best friend always talk to this guy in our class (he's just a friend and we don't see him as anything more, plus my friend has a boyfriend). Anyway she's always drawing and getting praised and she acts modest but i know she loves it and always trys to keep the attention on her and always says stuff (even if it makes me look stupid) to charles to make herself seem so interesting. I didn't know if i was being paranoid so i asked my other friend if i could borrow his guitar (cuz i play) and i started to play and once other ppl and charles started to talk to me about guitar and watch me play she started to playfully hit charles to get his attention and do all these other things to keep things focused on her....i dunno if i'm g...

okay, well one of my best friends whom i love a lot!!! ,is really TOO into her boyfriend, like i love her to death but i want to find a way to let her know that she is way to clingy. because, well im really close with her boyfriend to, and ive known him longer and hes also one of my best friends and hes told me that he is gonna break up with her over this clingy issue, and i dont want them to break up because they are a really cute couple and i know that they live each other.. and well, is there a way to tell her to stop without having to tell her what HE said, because since im also friends with him i cant go tell her because that would make him mad at me.. etc, so im in a tough situation.. HELP!!!

So my bestfriend has recently gotten jealous over me and my boyfriend dating. Shes been single for over a year and a half now and I really want to set her up with someone. Latly she's had alot of guys that have hinted they want to hookup with her, but I'm not sure if they would go out with her. Anyhow, I want to set her up with one of them but I'm not really friends with any of them, how do I go about doing this? She won't get mad if I set her up with someone. Thanks, btw I'm 14/f

Up until the end of seventh grade I was flat as a board, then my boobs litterally shot out over night and continued growing all summer. Now I'm almost a C and everyone thinks I stuff just because they came all-of-the-sudden! What should I do? I'm sick of people always throwing tissues at me!? THEY'RE REAL.

my best friend is really starting to bother me. She doesn't respect personal boundaries, like she's ALWAYS using my laptop at school when i ask her not to or taking pictures on my phone. IT really bothers me because i have some personal stuff on there. The problem is that I don't want to talk to her about it because 1. she's gonna think i have like weird stuff on my computer, which i don't, just private writing and pictures, and 2. she's gonna think i'm overreacting and no fun. my family has a lot more money than hers so I feel bad not letting her always use my stuff.
also, I'm feeling kind of lonely, because when it's just us, we have SO much fun, but at school she'll kind of subtly walk away from me to talk to other people ...

*kind of a lot of intro into my question, sorry*
my birthday is in the summer, and so is my best friends birthday. my other friends is coming up soon.
my half birthday was just a few days ago, and my friends half and my other friends real is coming up soon.
so we have been saying for a few years now that at school we would celebrate each others half birthdays (and real one for the other girl) since we dont get to celebrate with each other during the summer.

Ok, i have this BEST FRIEND (maybe i should say i USED to have this best friend) that tells me everything, and she is just great. But then all of a sudden she started hanging out with this other girl and now they are like best friends. I dont care if she makes some other friends, but its like i'm being replaced! I am best friends with this girl at my school. I tell her every thing! Whether it's necessary or not, I tell her. However, when I even try to tell her something, she is always getting interrupted by her friends. It bugs me!! I could be in the middle of telling her something important, and her friends will walk on by and change the subject, then afterwards she completely forgets we even talked! In some cases, she will even forget I am in her presence. She says her life is under stress, which I completely understand.
