hair/color/layers

so right now my hair is light brown, comes to my boob and is really thin. what i want to do is, get 3 layers of 3 different colors and 3 different lengths. does anyone have any suggestions as to what colors would look good together?...not crazy colors like blue, green, or purple. just 3 regular hair colors that would look good together? or if anyone has any other suggestions as to what i could do, i'd appreciate it, because i am sick of my hair being boring. thanks. =]

can someone please tell me about ruehl? is it just like abercrombie? generally how much are their shirts and jeans? i went to there website online but there are no clothes to see up there so i was wondering if anyone knew of a site where i could look at there lcothes

I'm small and.. lacking 'meat' in areas. I'm 15. 5'0 ft. 85 pounds. No eating disorders.
I want my clothes to fit me better but I have no idea where to go? Sometimes 'Small' is.. still big.
Two questions:
How do I gain weight? [high metabolism, folks]
Suggest some foods? [Healthy please] I don't usually eat meat.
And
What stores carry small sizes? [websites please]
None of my clothes fit me in the right places until about a year or two after I bought it.
I've seen many small girls rock their clothes but they have beautiful curves and weigh more than me. I do have curves but I'm just 'skin and bones'
Any help? :/

okay i just got my hair cut and i hate it..how long would it take for it to grow an inch or 2 bwlow my sholder..right now it just touching..is there anyway to have my hair grown faster

foundation/concealer pale enough for my skin tone?

i have really pale skin and i haven't been able to find foundation or concealer to match my skin tone. the closest match i have found is avon creme to powder foundation but even this makes me look like i have orange splodges on my face in certain light.
i dont want to spend more than £10 and i live in england - i dont want to have to buy over the internet, mail order and telephone order are ok though.

i am looking for black eyeliner that does not smear, or wear off duirn ghte day i currently use one by sephora but im looking for one that wont smear or smudge (ps i dont want to spend more than 7 bucks on eyeliner i know that it wouldnt the best, but yeah) haha thanks
(ps if anyone has used the covergirl whipped foundation how is it?)

a NEW hair cut

My hair is getting blah.
It's pretty short (the longest piece touches my shoulder) and it's all choppy.
Black and blonde underneath in some parts. I have side swept bangs tha just hover over my eyes. (emo bangs, if you will.)
I'm just trying to think of something new.
Any sites of people with cool hair would be really appreciated (preferably emo/scene.)
or if you just have any ideas of a new way to cut it.

I have pretty long hair about down to my ribs and I am thinking about getting layers because it looks to blah with all one length. I have gotten them before but I had short hair and it was a long time ago. Also, I cant remember what it looked like or if I liked it or not. Any opinions on if you think that would look weird with long hair or not??

I’m 14 and I’m really pissed because I have next to no decent clothes. I’m not exactly wealthy, but my family’s *far* from being poor. Okay, I have about 8 blouses that I’ve collected through the years, two skirts and two pairs of jeans that fit, and that’s it. My mom grew up in a really poor part of Asia and immigrated here about 15 years ago, but even still, she has no idea what teenage girls are like. I asked her to let me get a nice pair of shorts from American Eagle (which was $40) and she got really mad and gave me this lecture about how I should be thankful that I have any clothes at all because when she grew up, she only had, like, two pairs of cotton pants throughout most of her childhood, and how she breaks her back tr...

does anyone know of a few stores with really cute prom dresses?? i just want a store that not everyone in my whole entire school is shopping at. i would like to actually go to the store, so i don't want magazines or anything like that. Also, i do not want stores like JC Penney or Macys just because they're so popular around here.
