My Friend and I like the same guy

Ok! So my friend liked this guy(let's call him Edward)first. She liked him first and EDWARD asked her out first, but she didn't say anything because she didn't like him. Now I like him because we spend a lot of time with eachother. Now she likes him again and I'm not sure if he still likes her. What should I do. Please answer soon!

Ok so i told my best friend that if she starts "talking" or going back out with a guy named Jay that i wouldnt talk to her anymore.
And the reason i told her that is because for one, he is rude to me and is an asshole to me.
2nd reason is when jay and my best friend went out they fought almost EVERY day and when i tried to have a conversation with her, ALL SHE WOULD TALK ABOUT WAS THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.. about how they fight abt the same thing. and i got sick of it.
Third reason is that he changed her attitude towards me and more importantly her parents.. he would get mad that she couldnt hang out like everyday (because she has strict parents) and so like he would make he...

well my problem is that i have this friend and she is older then me and in a higher grade and she does everything like me, i cut my hair, she did it the same way, i dyed it and messed up and she dyed it and tryed to get it look the same, i want to be a photographer and she said too me she wanted to be a fashion designer and now she says she wants to be a photographer. i am skinnyish and she is kinda bigger and she said she wants to go on a crash diet(which i told her was very bad) to get skinnyer. i don't want to hurt her feeling but i want her to stop and be her own person. I have 3 best friends. They are the main people i hang out with. I have lots of friends but never seem to see them outside of school. My best friend Sarah just got a new boyfriend - he's only her second. All of the sudden she's been acting really different and I hate to say it but she's kind of a slut now, plus she smokes with him and does drugs and it's just not a good thing at all. Me and another girl called her out on it but she says that we don't understand and he's not really a bad influence and whatnot.
How can we convince her that he's not the right guy for her?

hey people, i bought 3 frames to put pictures of me and my best friend in them for her bday (tomorrow) but i cant get ANY pictures of us! Not here, not at her place, no where! So the question is, WHAT CAN I DO WITH THREE FRAMES when there's no picture?

i have a big clique of friends and i always have to ask them if i can go to the mall or movies with them and i dont like inviting myself, but they dont invite me that often. i invite them to places but i get sick of always having to ask them. they are really nice but i guess having a big clique only leaves to big problems. i really want them to be the ones to invite me to hang out because i always have to ask them and i sound desperate. don't get me wrong they are the greatest friends i could ask for so yeah. any tips?

i think im not interesting,because i can never make ANYONE laugh! and i dont have any inside jokes,and nothing comes to mind when im talking. how can i make my brain make me think of things? wow,thats confusing,but im so blank now adays,how can i get myself out of my "blank" stage? how can i make inside jokes? it just feels like my semi- friends are never going to become my close friends. there never going to love me as a friend,and we're never going to have inside jokes. how can i change all of this? how can i get into convos. and make people like me? and laugh with them? anything,i have like no friends in my town,and i've been here for 2 years. ;[. thanks,and sorry this is long.

Im in grade eight and well you know how everyone is like "being yourself is the best way to be" or whatever? well... i think i may be, like, too much myself or something. Because i just wear what i think is comfortable and stuff, and i try to act how i really am, but then i think- if im TRYING to act who i really am, doesnt that defeat the point in the first place? trying to be something? Well im sorry if you dont understand. but at the beginning of the year i just decided to not worry at ALL what people thought and it would help me make more friends. But all it has seemed to do is make people mean to me and stuff. I know i shouldnt worry about that kind of stuff but I just do. So im just wondering can you be TOO laid back and "yourself" at school and stuff?

I wanted to show my best friend how much i loved her so i wrote her a short poem instead of sending it to her e-mail i send it to these girl i just met at church.Her reply was so touching.She said things my own best friend hasnt told me yet.I feel more connected to her then i do to my best friend and it isnt just cuz her reply.Unlike my best friend she actually makes me feel loved.This has left me confused and with many douths.How do i tell my best friend thah im not so sure if i love her anymore without hurting her or making her hate me?

I can only count on myself for happiness. I have ONE friend and that's it. I used to be one of the stuck up, bitchy, ultra-popular girls but I decided I would rather be nice to people than look down on them.
Ever since I left them and tried to make friends, people have been looking down on ME and treating me horribly. I sit at home every weekend doing nothing.
I have exhausted my "new friend" options and am too involved with a select few sports and clubs to get any new hobbies.
Does this ever end? Any last advice? I know the easiest advice to give is "just be yourself", "make new friends" or "join a club" but really, it hasn't worked or ...

First of all, I am not your average teenage girl: I'm artsy, I would like to become a professional musician, I've never had a boyfriend, and I don't consider shopping a hobby. My best friend is the typical prep. I don't have a problem with this at all. My problem is that she is always telling me that I need to get a boyfriend or a date to whatever formal, or that I need to be more like the average teenage girl. I have two best friends and now everything is changing between us. We all three have boyfriends. Amy is always like her boyfriend and I never get to hang out with her anymore and when we actually do get to talk it's always about her boyfriend. Andrea, my other best friend is not as bad its just I dont want to lose them. My boyfriend seems to be not interested in me or something. He never calls me to hang out and then always has an excuse. He would rather play videeo games, or cheat on me I guess. (he is known for cheating). But I dont know what to do because if I break up with him then I will be by myself at school with no one to talk to because my friends will be with there boyfriends.

I started being good friends with this 11 year old girl about august last year. Before that, we used to see each other maybe once in every few months and we were no more than acquaintances, but when I saw her for my birthday in august it was as though my whole point of view changed and I realized I wouldn't be able to wait to see her again.

My best friend invited four girls, all who i'm friends with, over to her house right in front of my face while I was talking to them during lunch. She didn't even invite me even though I was standing right there talking to all of them. I was confused, so I asked her if I was invited and she said, "I don't care. You can come if you want. I knew you'd end up coming anyways." And she said that I always invite myself over, when I don't. Normally at lunch I always say, "Hey, do you wanna do something after school today?" or whenever I get off the bus I say that.
