hey. sorry if this is really long but I could def. use some advice if you have any. I had this group of best friends in fifth grade lets call them Rachel Jessey Jennie and Hannah. Anyway we were inseperable. Then in sixth grade Hannah moved to live with her mom and we threw her this big party with good luck gifts, cake, the whole thing. At first we kept in touch but once Hannah started making new friends she slowly stopped talking to us. Like especially me and Rachel we call her all the time and invite her places but she always has an excuse but then she can always hang out with her new friends. She blew off my birthday at the beginning of 7th grade year (this year) and at first when we started asking her what was up she was nice but today ...

okay so today i got a comment on myspace from this guy i went out with awhile ago... he said he missed me and he thought i should know.. then i told him 'i miss you too, but idk why you would miss me' (which is sort of something i say to him when he says he misses me because idk i just do..) i also asked how he was... ANYWAY he says back to me "uh how about because you're probably the most amazing person I've ever met.. it still stands too. and I'm alive.. how are you" this made me think he likes me again... the thing is i have a bf. i really dont want to hurt anyone.. i care for this guy but i dont want him to like me! i don't want to hurt him..... do you think he likes me? what should i do?

ok so i understand my bff has been friends with this other girl since like 2nd grade or sumthing like that and the last couple of weeks they hang out ALOT unless my friend is with me like after school they r together and everything then the day they go back to school they are telling everybody wut they di and everything i know u shouldnt be jelous but is there a way i can be less jelous please help me

ok so theres this popular girl in my school.. lets call her kelly. i dont know kelly, but i played a prank on some kid my friend liked because i was bored, and the kid didnt know my aim s/n either. well he asked me who i was and i didnt tell him cause i didnt wanna be discovered that way.. its like, so much for first impressions. since the dare was to tell him that like my mom shaves my armpits or something, when its not true. anyways that kid told his friend who is kelly and then she kept asking me and then for a couple months it didnt happen anymore, then like today she IMed me again and she forgot about the incident, so she was just wondering who i was since she added me to her buddylist, and i was online. i told her my name, and its kin...

I'm moving next year and i was talking to my friend that i was worried that me and my friends wont talk that much anymore cause i'm moving to a different state. so my friend Terrie said "dont worrie we will keep in touch, we are best friends. and i make sure we will still be friends forever" that made me feel all warm inside.
Till yesterday i said the same thing to my friend Sally, i told her i feel bad and worried that we wont keep in touch, sally didnt say anything. She was quite and i was hoping for her to say something like terrie did to keep me not worring.
now i feel like sally will not keep in touched. we were friend for 7 years. why wouldnt she say anything?
is she mad that i will leave?

17/F I know I should be happy for my best friend who finally got a boyfriend..like today for the first time EVER..but I'm not. I've never had one either..and I've just feeling very very upset with her that now I have to make room for her boyfriend..and I hate sharing. I know, I sound crazy, jealous and everytime I talk to her, I get really mad because all she does is talk about him now. Seriously, what can I do to stop feeling this way because I don't want to keep feeling like a REALLY bad friend..I'm the only single one now..and it sucks being single all by yourself. Help?

im new at my school, and i mean yano its great. EXCEPT this one girl. i really really really liked her in the beginning, like me and her could tottaly of been the best of friends. but, shes like really mean. as im finding out. like example today, i forgot my lunch money, i never ever do that, and always have atleast 10 dollars on me, so, today i was like, can i just borrow like 2 or 3 dollars? and ill promise ill pay you back. and shes like wellll, this is my lunch money for the week. I was walking to class, and my cousin went up to me and asks me a question. "Dose your friend Sara have a boyfriend?" I told her "no why?" "Cause I saw her with some guy and they were hugging" so me and my cousin Lily were talking about it till the bell rang and I head to class. My friend Becky is in my class and I ask her "Sara has a boyfriend?" she said "yeah why? Didn’t she tell you?" On wensday i got a text from my friend telling me that she'll have her drivng test that afternoon. I reply back saying "hope you fail, just kiddin". it was a joke like saying "break a leg".
so the next 3 hours or more my phone rang, and it was my friend sam. she told me that danielle fail her drving test, i ask sam why and how did she fail, but sam told me that danielle didnt explan.i ask sam why you called me and told me and why not danielle. she didnt know why danielle told sam to call me.

15/f, sorry its so long. well i have two best friends. basically we hang out all the time together, we're just a trio like that. so my school lets us go out to eat for lunch. one of those friends lives like a block away from the school, so basically everyday we go to her house. well a few weeks ago it was pouring and we decided to go to her house which was a stupid idea, cuz we got soaked, and i said i'd never do that again. so in my area, as some of you may know, there's been A LOT of rain..flooding and everything. well on friday in school it was raining again during lunch but myself and my other friend (not the one whose house is close to the school) refused to go out to the other ones house. but house(ill just call her that) had her lunc...

ok my rele good friends now has a girlfriend i was happy for him because he has been rejected so many times but ney way i rele dont no the girl i think she is cool because she asked him out so anyway this happened during spring break so i just found out a while ago because i was away so now i found myself checkin his myspace like sum jealous gf but i would never go wit him i dunno if im like protecting him or sumfin i dunno
and when me and him saw her in the hallway he just lefted and dint even introduce her to me im not sure whether he should but it is weird when she is there so i just walk off i feel like i have to compete for him i fell rele pathetic i could say more but i need help.

alright, there's this guy named Drew. we're not incredibly close, but he sits next to me in science and is in a couple of my classes, so we're friendly with eachother. so today we had to get colored pencils in english, and they were all on his desk so i walked over there, grabbed a box and walked away. well he like smiled at me and then like got a "serious" look and grabbed the colored pencils and was like, "what do you think your doing? put that back!!!" it was weird though, was he like trying to flirt? (he flirts with alot of girls) or just joking around? or like something else? lol thanks.

How do I let someone know that I don't care about his or her existence? Like you know, the 'temporary' friend type of person thing. The ones that only talk to you to ask what's for homework and stuff...
I have a bunch of those and I need to get rid of all of them. I'd love to tell them to fuck off, but I'm saving my swearwords for someone special. ==

My friendship with a guy (best guy friend...or was...) is over...and i dont know what to do...i dont know what to think...i dont know how to feel...
im in so much pain...and right now i feel numbed to it...and that is really scary because i know its gonna hit me really hard later than...its happened before...but the thing that really gets me is that i dont think he notices anything is wrong...like he has no idea that our friendship is gone down the toliet or he does and he just doesnt want to do anything about it...he just doesnt care...
i dont know...any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Before I even start, I'd like to say that I'm seventeen, I think this situation is stupid, but I'm still at a loss and I need help.
I have quite a few best friends. Two of them told me this year that they are lesbians and they are together. I already knew this - and am totally okay with it. But now that they've come out to me about it, and even before them, the only conversation I get out of them is about their sex life. im 13/f. my two best friends are dating(a guy and a girl) and they asked me if it was ok i said yes and i feel like a third wheel always and if they ever brake up i dont know what id do.

Ok so I'm a 16/m, almost 17. I have a great group fo friends, and were all pretty close. However, some of us arent AS close as we are with others in the group. Now I have been best friends with my friend, we will call larry, for 3 years, but have known him for about 5. Now he is growing closer to another friend in our clique who we will call bob. I am also close with bob. Both of them act really different when they are together, and to be honest i can't stand being around them when they are together. I also feel that im fading away from my closeness with larry. I would talk to him about it, but he can't exactly have a serious conversation. So what can i do?
