Why doesnt my friend hug me back? or/and why doesnt she hug me? i remember in high school we all gave each other hello and goodbye hugs, we dont do it any more. i only do it when someone leaves far away on a trip and when they gave me a gift. but my friend victoria hugs me when we gave each other giftsof a thank you hug but Jane doesnt. i hug her for giving me a gift but she doesnt do it back, and when i give her a gift for her brithday she didnt hug me thank you like she use to in high school. does she hate me? or what?

I have a friend who is the closest to me but sometimes when you have one friend there are other friends who come along with the territory like this girl who has been my best friend's friend longer so she likes to be around her 24/7 soemtimes I even feel like her lips or so stuck to this other girls ** it is ridicoulus but she sometimes comes on campus on weekends and I don't see her because she goes to see her and her boyfriend never me and yes i do call her at times but i always call and is topped because i am the type of ***** that won't follow and kiss *** but for so long. And, now they treat me funny and I treat them funny am I in the wrong or are we both in the wrong. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks!

going to a party with no friends

in my grade im like in the middle in popularity. this year i started becoming really close friends with a girl in a popular group. her birthday is coming up and she invited me to her party with her and just her group. there are 6 of them and including her, i'm friends/aquaintances with 4 of them. she said she would understand because it would be awkward. i'm not sure if i want to go. should i go and risk it being awkward? and what are some ways to make it less awkward and uncomfortable for me?

i have a problem
you see, i have this one friend who told me a secret. this was not a bad thing, but they didn't want me to tell. it slipped by accident to a REALLY CLOSE FRIEND...who's never told anything and i trust. i made them swear never to tell. my friend who told me the secret found out that i told this person, and is extremely mad at me. i sound like a bad person but im not. what do i do? i feel really bad

Ok. so my friend she is going out with my ex, and like she is telling my best friend that she kind likes him when he is over here saying he loves her and she is perfect. He is over here saying she is his world, and that he would die with out her. She is just in the relationship just to go out with him longer then i did. i really want to tell him whats going on because he is my best friend and i dont want to see him hurt again. so please help i really want to tell him but i dont want her to be mad at me!!

im a fifteen year old female..and i have this friend, her names jessica. shes not a horrible freind but she is very dramatic and she lies and likes to gossip..alot. well the other day i didnt feel like talking on the phone so i didnt answer her call but she kept calling, it went from the house phone to my cell phone back and fourth for almost and hour. i got sick of it and finally answered and she got mad at me and said that i was ignoring her. i told her that i just didnt feel like talking, and she got mad. now im a really nice person and i need help coming up with something to tell her so she can leave me alone already, i mean its nice to talk sometimes but im not a "talking on the phone" type of person. so i just need a way of ...

i have to dance with a guy infront of the whole school and alot of adults that will come our school is grades K-8. 7th grade 13/f. im the freaky punk quiet type of girl. hes just gross and atleast a foot shorter than me and hate eachother. he just comes too close closer then my guy bestfriend does. i love my guy bestfriend he loves mei just dont wana do this i cant dance with that sicko i wana dance with my bestfriend. but i cant. how do i get over it and do it. i cant switch people. what do i do?

i'll make this short (13/f)
one of my guy friends (goes to a different school) and i are really close. we met in camp a few years ago and we were friends since. for the past 2 years i didn't go to camp with him, but we stayed in touch. now he admits to liking me, but i don't exactly feel the same way. i care about him a lot, and i think i'm afraid that it will ruin our close friendship. should i give it a go? or stay true to my feelings (i'm not even sure if i like him)?

in 5th grade i was friends with a group of people.
lets call them clique #1...
we were a pretty tight group..
but then one of the people got mad at me in 6th grade,
and it was a real big fight.
so i became great friends with a new group..
lets say their clique #2...
ive been great friends with clique #2..
ecpecially my two best friends in that clique.
"kristina" and "elsie"
now, clique #1 and me have been hanging out again.
they have been so sweet to me and i love being with them along with clique #2.
the thing is.. clique#1 thinks im replacing them with clique #1.
about 4 girls from there called me and told me they miss me.

Friendship turned Relationship????

I met this girl awhile ago. She is my sister's neighbor and I was atrracted to her. She said she just wanna be firends but something can happen. So the friendship is going great, we hang out, talk all night on the phone just as friends then last week she said she wanted space but she was laughing when she said. While she said that, she said she wanna do something we me that she could not say over the phone, what was that about? I been giving her space, but how much space should I give? Should I call and say hi or just wait??? This started about 6 days ago and when talked once on the phone for 5 mintues?? Is this a game? Does she like me?? We do stuff friedns wouldn't do and she calls me all these nicknames that usually isn't her???

ok so ive recently gotten a boyfriend and hes really special to me. I also have my friends. theyve both met but thats pretty much it. I feel bad if i go out with him and leave my friend out yet on the other hand were in our first stages of still getting to know each other. Do the strong opress the weak today?

One of my friends called me today to ask me if I could help her with an assignment on weakness and strength and she brought up this question "Do the strong opress the weak today?" and I started thinking about it.. at first I said "not really, the rich give to the poor, the physically strong help work out with the physically weak, the mentally strong give advice to those weaker etc" cause i mean we are good and considerate as humasn we try to help, we dont think "i cant help this person cause then he'd be stronger than me" we're not like that, but she seemed convinces that the world was evil- agreed, it is, bad things happen, but it has nothing to do with the strong opressing the weak, does it? What are your thoughts on this? Do you agree with her or me?

Each year, I am usually backstabbed my someone I trusted and was really close with. In 7th grade, my two best friends were after my bf who I was dating for more than 6 months. They made a plan to become friends to make me jealous, and steal my boyfriend and turn everyone against me. Last year was horrible. I moved on, and made new friends. In 8th grade, my good friend who helped me through last year ditches me all the time for my ex-boyfriend, treats me horrible, and talks crap about me for no reason. i'm best friends with a group of 4 other girls. tonight they are all having a sleepover .. and like i wasnt even invited. they are always bugging me to go out with them, but they never ever tell me about the plans or invite me, they forget or something. i cant stop crying i am always the one left out, i always have been. what should i do?

My friend, and sharing

My friend has been through a lot. She has family problems, and a past that haunts her. Shes shy at first, but she definitely warms up. She is always there to help you. My friend once said she always trys to help others, but when she is depressed she wont tell anyone, and i mean anyone whats wrong. How can she do this? I have told her my life. i tell her everything. I love her, because she is always there for me, and she is like my therapist. But i am concerned, because she told me she used to cut. I really want her to share with me, but she says she doesnt know how to. Advice?

im surrounded my hypocrites. my cousin was talking shit about me to my best friend. well my "best friend" was "defending " me but in a way, also talking shit, saying that im always wrong and they are always right. they are calling me stupid when in reality, im smarter than both of them combined. Then I see that they are all of a sudden best friends. Im not a mean person and i have a good heart...so i can never tell when someone is being a hypocrite or not...plz help me...cause write now im crying and i have no one to talk to... :(

I have this best friend, well she used to be my best friend. we haven't been friends for a couple of weeks. but we were friends since first grade, now in 10th. ever since her family came into money she's been acting like a snob, like she's better than everyone. and she's been really spoiled and bitchy. she doesn't even know the words please, thank you, or sorry and she thinks that everything is always someone elses fault. It got on my nerves to the point where I don't sit with her at lunch and don't talk to her. But we've been friends for 10 years and I don't want that to get ruined... by bitchyness. what should I do???

i hvae been in a lot of fights at my new school becasue people say im mean and insulting. I dont really know what it is that i am doing. My old school wasnt a public school, but everyone was mean and snooty and i had public school friends, not saying that public schools are bad, but my frends were just mean people.
The people at my new school have always been in perfect litttle catilian rich people everyone is secretly mean to eachother enviornments, where i have been raised[[incluiding mine and my old friends familes]] in mean bitchy enviornments. The girls at my new school are used to being treated like princesses everyone being nice to them, no one even saying sumthing mean as a joke. they just DONT get it.

I text my best friend (Jane)for two hours last night about nothing. okay she was over at a friends place and she was bord. so i entertained her, i like to keep her company and make her life. and i felt happy that she weather go over my place. (she just couldnt that night cause i work the next day) next week she came by my place and i ask her what she did over her so called friends place(sandy), she said "nothing but watch tv." and that moaring Sandy said "sorry that I made you bord" but i ask Jane if she going to go over there again when Sandy invents her. Jane said "yeah cause i dont want to be a mean friend" but i said "she was rude to your company" but i cant could her life. just wondering what u all think?
