Close friends

What is a close friend? how close do they get with each other?
are these close friends or too close?
Gina was siting on the chair, as Rosie came up and sat next to her. Rosie lean her head on her shoulder and hummm with a sigh.
Rosie grab her arm and held it like a hug.
when they walk together Rosie embrace Gina's arm and held her hand while leaning her head on her shoulder.
if Rosie does that to Gina once in a while are they close? or why doesnt Gina ask Rosie "why are you doing that?" why doesnt Gina tell her to stop?
are they too close friends?or becoming more than friends?

friend wont talk to me anymore

theres this girl kim who was my friend, and i made fun (joking) of her for talking on the phone alot and now she hasn't talked to me in 7 days even though i try and say hi. then also my other friends wont be mean her but they would chastise me if was giving them all the silent treatment. should I expect that my friends should also not talk to her because she wont talk to me? also what should i do to be friends with her again? thanks

This boy and I, lets call the guy John, are really close friends. We hang out at school together and at sport events after school. He is super nice and polite. My parents really like him too. So far, we are just friends. But I can't really tell if he likes me and I cant tell if I like him.I have never really liked someone Deep like a like John. I mean, I have had bfs before but John makes me feel different. He sort of feels like a brother but I cant tell. Anyways, He is like friends with EVERY one in the school. Which school?

There are 33 days of school left, and I have to either sign up for my 8th grade year to go to the same school... or the one I've been trying to go to all along. Let's call my current school A, and the other school, B.
I've heard from my brother's best friend's dad to always stay with my parokial education because it will get me a more successful future and job. But... I'm at the point where I either choose the school that's healthier for my relationships, or my future. Now, since one of my best friends transfered to B last year and I miss him so much I really want to go there. Plus I HATE 2 of the teachers at my current school, A.

I have this best friend. We have been together since we were in day care (before we were in school) Recently she has been really mean. She tells me to shut up constantly. I'm not the smartest person (common sense wise) and I think she gets annoyed with how dumb I am. I really can't help it. I'm not one of those girls who is really dumb because they make themselves be dumb. Ok well a while back my sister (who is 14 and i'm thirteen) was looking through her old school pictures and she found one of third grade and so she decided to go on myspace and see if anyone had one and she only found one so she started talking to him and then she left her messenger on one day so i got on and told him i'm jessicas(mysister) sister and so then we started talking for a few months and we started to like each other and we promised each other that when either of us get a car we would drive out to see each other cause he lives in new hamshire and i live in wisconsin so we stopped talking for like a couple months then he messaged me saying he's sorry if it felt like he pushed me away but he got grounded and that he missed talking ...

I'm 16/f, my best friend is 16/m. I used to be very clingy like and we fought a lot, and I'd always call him like 50 times a day to talk about it, and it was like everyday of every week because we fought so much. For the 2 weeks or so, I just decided to not care. If he wants to call to solve the problem, he can, I don't want to anymore. Thing is, now he WANTS to talk to me. He calls so much more, asks to hang out, everything. Why is this? Right when I stop giving him all my attention he wants it back?

See me and and a friend lets say 'Mandy' have been friends since kindergarden. I've always thought of her like a sister but lately its more like a twin. When I told her I was going to get an Ipod she went out and got an MP3 player. When I got my ears pierced, she did. I have straight hair she has curls, for her b-day she got hair straightener! She's been using my words, my style, my life; and I'm sick of it. She's been using me, now I want to lose her. But how?

Afraid of losing a friend

Okay, I have no idea what to do. I found out yesterday that my bff is cutting and doing drugs. She has cuts ALL OVER her arms and stuff and it's really scary. And she told me that she's been doing drugs but didn't tell me what. I talked to her and shes acts like it's no big deal. I mean, her brother recently was diagonosed (sp?) with cancer and her parents are getting divorced so that may have something to do with it. But I really don't want to find her dead one day. I need help. What should I do?

my best friend has great fashion and a TON of money, my mom just quit her job so our money kind of went down and i heart her fashion a lot but my mom is making me have a budget for school shopping and i want to be like her a lot i mean her fashion but under a budget i don't think i can do that but idk what to do. i just really don't know how to acsessorize or anything but i have to say i have a GREAT taste. me and her shop and stores like a&F and stuff like that not designer like you but i wish i could afford that but whateves. i need to know how to be fashionable under a budget....

my best friends mom is kind of an acholic and like one time me and my friend went to a movie and her mom didn't pick us up so we walked home. my mom got really mad and i can't like go over to her house anymore. her mom won't let her come over to my house either. i really want to hang with my best pal it's just i can't what do i say to my mom?

ok
so me and my best friend are pretty darn good friends
we live 4 houses down from each other so we're together most of the time
the thing that's been bugging me soooo much lately is:
she's religious.
i'm not
it may not seem like anything to worry about since we're best friend
but honestly, i feel like that is creating a wall between us. everytime we someone manage to bring anything up about religion or we're around someone who brings it up, it's always just awkward between us
i feel like it's my fault sometimes because there's no reason why i couldn't be religious
but then again, it's a choice i made to be atheist a long time ago and i've really spoken up about it in the past ...

=/ sorry this tured out loner then i thought it would be.
Me and my [ex]bestfriend have known eachother for a 2 years now. A few months ago she started lieing alot and about things and i caught her in many of them. I hate fighting so i just let it go. On top of that she relys on all her boyfriend. She goes from one guy to the next to the next hanging out with them everyday never carring about me or anyone else. Okay so i am having trouble right now...(obviously)lol okay so the thing is. Well all my friends are saying so many mean things about me and its not evento my face. I hear about it from pther people. um, well yesterday i accidentally slipped to one of my friends that i like someone, and now she keeps bothering me about who it is. and i cant believe i slipped it out.
so now, everytime i look at her, she is staring at me, and before ANYONE knew i liked someone, i would stare at him non-stop and no one would notice! but now with her staring at me 24/7 i cant really look at him or talk to him as much as i used to!!

I <3 my friends, don't get me wrong. They're really great friends and stuff. But the thing is, sometimes they can act so immature. They're definetly not like the kind of immature people who act stupid just to get attention. They literally act like 5-year olds most of the time. Like, we'll all be at a restaurant or something and start like, hitting and shoving each other and talk in this stupid little baby voice and just start talking really loudly and yelling like you see little kids do when they throw temper tantrums. I mean, I sometimes poke them too and stuff but they do it so much that it's rude and babyish and just WEIRD, especially in public places. what does that mean when you ask God to show you a sign? i ask it to show me a sign of what should i do to understand my self. i see it as just happen just cause or maybe it was a sign....? did you ever ask for a sign and it showed and did it work?
