wedding dress

i put a question on here earlier, but i still don't know what to do. i got this dress the other day at the mall for my cousins wedding:

but is it ok to wear to a wedding??? cause someone said that black wasn't good to wear at weddings. i'm wearing a black headband, and black heels w/ it. is it ok?????? thanks.

ok so im a little overweight. and i hav lined on my boobs but i feel most comfortable (well not about my body) in a bikini because it givs me most breast support. tankinis totally fell off at all the pool parties last year. i kept pulling them up.
if i wear a bikini, its like boy repellent because of my fat but i'd have more fun at the parties wearing one because i wouldn't spend the whole time hiking it up. which should i do? (i have three parties to go to this summer so far)

Well, I'm definitely more of a girly girl than a tom boy. & everyone always compliments me on my clothes & such. Because I care a lot about my clothes/not wearing the same thing too often/matching. But I pretty much never wear makeup & keep my hair in a ponytail most of the time. Whenever people talk about makeup & such I'm just like yeah, I never wear makeup, & people say like well you look fine without it, etc. But I feel like it's kind of something every girl should do? I'm usually just too lazy in the morning. But I don't want to look like crap. But I also don't want to become one of those girls who looks like crap when they're not wearing makeup.
I just don't know if it's something all girls should do...

hey, well i'm 14/f. how old do you have to be to get a tattoo?? i know i'm to young now, but how long would i have to wait?? cause i really want one. a small one on my foot. see, my cousin and half-sis both have a tattoo on their feet, and i think it looks soo cute!! my cousin has her sign (leo) and my sister has that one thing sign from the video "Where is the love?" with the little box with the question mark, and around the box it says where is the love, and i can't remember what is on the other foot. and also, how bad does it hurt?? it looks like it would hurt pretty badly, and i don't always handle pain very well. like, what does it feel like? is there any examples? if and when i get one, i want it to be one of those Fleur-de-...

Hair Straighteners.

I'm totally clueless on what Hair Straightener to buy. My hair is wavy and it's in between thick and thin hair. My hair is healthy. I want a hair straightener that is at a good price too. My mother probably wouldnt buy me one if it was too expensive. Between $20-$40 is good. Please help me find a good hair straightener that isnt so expensive for my hair type. I dont plan on using it EVERY SINGLE DAY but more than once a week.

NATURAL Hairstyles for African-American Teenage Girls

I am a African-American 16 year old girl who really wants some different hairstyles, but I'm not sure what to do. I usually wear my hair in twist or braids, but its still "weave"....do you have any idea on different natural styles I could use? I'm not sure I want dreads and its hard for me to maintain a afro. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated... ( and please don't say get a perm....because its not natural)

gonna get my haircut, need images

I really want to get my haircut soon.
At the moment its about an inch below the shoulder with a couple of long layers and no fringe. It's also really dry and flat at the top yet sticky-out at the bottom.
I know a haircut can't cure the dryness but I would like something that would stop it from being flat on the top and sticking out at the bottom.
I want it trimmed,with lots of layers at the top to give it more body, and also some more layers towards the bottom, and then a sweeping side fringe (sort of loike an emo fringe if you know what I mean).

My style of decorating is really fun, and I want to translate it to my clothes. I need some advice on how to do that. I love my room! Let me give you an idea of what it's like. I have a lot of random stuff on the walls, like a bunch of cds I glued together. The window has green strips of material hanging to the floor, marti gras beads, a scarf, a necklace from Hawii, and a mirror. It sounds funny, but it looks put together. Then I have lots of little posters from my church tacked to the closet doors and a little nook with a ton of pillows where I read. I made some of them. I have LOTS of color and LOTS of patterns and textures and one of my favorite parts of the room is a snake lamp with about ten heads and a different colored ball at the...

Getting rid of farmer's tan?

I work outdoors very often, and have managed to acquire a very noticable farmer's tan. And it drives me crazy. Any tips on getting it to go away, or how to tan JUST the lighter part? Thanks very much!

straightening hair

Alright i'm a guy i tried to straighten my hair for the first time and it didnt quite go so well. one thing is i totally dont know how to do it. i used my mom's and it was clip on type thingy. i noticed it gets warm and then really hot to help straighten my hair. so do i put my hair between the hot metal bar and clip and how long do i keep my hair between it? i want my hair to be straight going down my forehead andi dont want it to curl up or in any other direction just straight down because lateron when my hair gets longer im gonna have an Emo hairstyle. so basically im a simple guy asking a simple question on how you straighten your hair. girls you can tell me every bit of detail on how you do this stuff and guys that straighten their hair tell me some tips. lol

Well my birthdays coming up and i planned on having my mom order me a bag that i really liked on there. Expect now its gone! i want my eyes to appear larger and really pretty. i have medium brown hair & blue/green eyes. i use eyeliner and eyeshadow and mascara. what colors should i use and how should i apply it to make my eyes stand out and look good? (besides the smokey eye thing)

Preppy Scene Kid

OKay is there anyway to be a preppy scene kid? I so love the scene style and everything. But i also love preppy clothes. I already own tons of Lacoste and Burberry and such. And i dont wanna get rid of them. So I need some help. Thanks and im sorry if this question is so confusing. Oh and if you can help me find some websites with some good scene clothes, that would be most helpful. Cost is no problem.
