Cut-out swimsuit.

Okay, is wearing a cut-out swimsuit as a top with jeans completely tacky and unacceptable haha?
I like the look of it but I know it looks a bit slutty but I'm not sure if it's TOO slutty haha, I wouldn't be wearing it to a club or anywhere, just to be around.

What clothing stores have a bohemian, unique, creative style? Preferably cheap because I have a budget.
Also, thrift stores. There's a lot of unique shirts and whatnot in there. If you like something in there and it's not your size. [Large for example] What are some crafty ways to make it fit? Any craft/DIY [do it yourself] sites with tutorials? Like turning a normal shirt into a halter top.

highlighting my hair

okay... i want to get a blue highlight in my hair... i have a light brown hair that looks alittle blondish in certain light. i dont know what color blue to put in my hair. are there any good websites that i can go to inorder to find something? any sugestions?

okay, so this 14 year old kid died in a car/scooter accident. I didn't really know him to well, but i knew his younger brother.
i'm planning on going to the viewing with my 3 friends. i don't know what to wear. i was either thinking a skirt, with some top; but i don't know what kind of shoes. or maybe some khaki pants with a nice top, but what shoes?
theres a justice; justforgirls store right down the road next to payless shoes. Anything I could get there?
Please, help. i'm going shopping tonight.

I really feel like I should be a girl instead of a guy

I really wasn't sure what category to put this in. My family and friends have no clue how I really feel. I'm 17, and just starting my senior year. Everybody thinks I'm happy being a guy, I play sports, date girls, do everything I'm "supposed" to do as a guy just so nobody figures me out. But inside, I've never felt right being a guy, I've always wished I was a girl instead. Everything just seems hopeless.

Urban Outfitters sizes

I found a great pair of skinny jeans on the Urban Outfitters website, but they have weird siezes like 25, 26, etc. All of my jeans are either a 2 or 3, so what size am I in that weird size? How do I measure it?
